Fantastic 5 bedroom 4 bath home located in the prestigious Sandpoint neighborhood. Enjoy ocean views from the back balcony while vacationing in Paradise. At We Shell Sea the living area has a coastal décor and is very spacious offering an ample seating area for guests. The second floor is the main floor for entertaining and sleeping. The flat-screen TV is in the living room for guests' enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, all cooking supplies, and utensils for the perfect meal! The dining area offers seating for 8 or you can have a seat at the breakfast bar for an additional seating for 5. The master bedroom (BR1) offers a plush queen-sized bed with a private ensuite bath. The second master suite (BR2) offers a plush queen size bed, with a private ensuite bath. The third guest bedroom (BR3) offers a Queen bed. Sip your morning coffee on the back balcony while taking in the Gulf views. The additional two bedrooms are located in the downstairs apartment with a DETACHED entrance. The downstairs apartment offers a kitchenette, living, and dining area. The living area offers a daybed with a twin trundle to maximize sleeping. Relax and watch your favorite shows on the HD flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom downstairs (BR4) offers a queen size bed. The fifth bedroom downstairs (BR5) offers two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower. All the bedrooms are spacious and offer comfortable mattresses so guests can feel at home. We Shell Sea offers Wi-Fi and there is a washer and dryer on the second level of the home for the guests to use during their stay.

Close to the beach

This property fit 12 of us comfortably. The property was clean and minutes away from the beach. We had a great time and enjoyed the house.

Outdoor Shower

I can not begin to explain how helpful an out door shower was with 7 kids…lol. We bathed all the kids every night in it. Besides that, the house is nice and conveniently located.

A great vacation home for a moderate sized group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the home. Between 3 families with kids we were able to stay here comfortably with plenty of room to stretch, cook, and hang out. The location is extremely convenient as it's close to the main part of the city and the walk to the beach is very short and close. We highly recommend this home.

Outstanding house right by the beach. Place is correctly described online. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything you need for a perfect beach stay. Only complaint is the property manager. They do not respond in a timely manner which makes it hard to plan for your trip.

Great place to stay

This place was clean and spacious for 13 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. We couldn't find the remote for the master bedroom to be able to use the tv, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The use of the garage was a plus. Close to the beach and town. Was an awesome place, would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House Infested with Roaches

This house was beautiful with a great location. However it was completely infested with roaches. The night we arrived we killed 21 roaches in about 30 minutes. We had to buy roach bait and spray and killed them throughout the stay. We found roaches in our bags when we got home. The property manager took over 24 hours to respond to our message. It’s really unfortunate because the house is lovely otherwise and is in a great location.

Great house!

We loved the house. Really felt like home. Had everything we needed and more. Beds and linens were nice! My only problem was the back porch has a drop off and backs up to a pond. I had my grandkids with me and it was hard keeping the little two away from that area. A fence would be a good addition. Other than that very happy with property!

Beautiful place. Just like the pictures. Comfortable for everyone, including 90 year old mother in law. Kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes for a large group. Quick walk to the beach. Can actually see ocean from front balcony! Easy check in and check out.

Nice house with a great location!

My family and I stayed in this house during spring break 2021. The house was clean and very nice. The decor was beachy and fun. It was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, as well as some general spices. It was missing a pizza cutter, so we bought one and left it there:) There was plenty of space for my crew. It has upstairs and downstairs units. The upstairs part of the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer. We let our daughter, son-in-law, grandkids, and teenage son stay up there. The downstairs unit had two bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchenette, livingroom, and 1 car garage with another washer and dryer. My husband and I stayed down there. It gave us a nice quiet space without all the noise. Both units had keyless entries, which was nice. The location to the beach was excellent - just a short walk. Overall this was an excellent property and kept up very well. My only complaints are that we found cockroaches (even though they had sprayed for bugs - I think it is just the area) and the TVs were not connected to cable. I called and requested help so we could get local channels, but there was some kind of issue with the boxes so we never did have cable during our stay. They do have smart TV's so we were able to connect to Netflix and Amazon Prime. However, overall this was a nice house and I would recommend it to others as well as stay here again.

Port A getaway

My family had a wonderful weekend here! There was plenty of space, it was clean, and well stocked/appointed. The walk to the beach was manageable, especially since there was a wagon we were able to use. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing!

This is a great house for a large group. We had two families with kids and everyone had a comfy bed and never a fight over the bathroom. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to go around. The place is gorgeous - well decorated and comfortable furniture. The things I especially like about this house is the open concept where everyone can gather in the kitchen/dining/living room and be together. I also really like that there are living quarters downstairs for those that can't climb too many stairs. The third thing that impressed me was being able to put our coolers and kayaks in the garage. This was so convenient. The location being so close to the beach was great too! Loved this place. We will stay here again for sure.
