About this property

Lake Bomoseen cozy 4 season Lakefront Home

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath lake house sits on the east side of beautiful Lake Bomoseen with gorgeous morning views, all-day sun and shimmering water sunsets. Inside families, friends or couples can spread out in an open floor plan with dining room seating for 8, wrap around sectional in the living room and an upstairs with 3 bedrooms and an open area.

We have the best times with family & friends sitting around the table on the back deck overlooking the lake while we tend the grill and sit in the hot tub. Sometimes we move to the lower deck directly over the water to watch each other jump off the dock and swim. After a day playing on the lake we’ll enjoy smore’s at nighttime over the firepit in the back yard. In the winter after a day of nearby skiing at Killington, Pico or Okemo we love coming back to our cozy home, cooking a great meal and looking up at the stars from our hot tub. We also enjoy going to a couple of the fun & friendly local restaurants.

We’re next door to Crystal Beach with its playground, basketball court and beach/safe swimming for all ages including little ones. There is also great hiking nearby.

We enjoyed an incredible "ladies weekend" here on Lake Bomoseen. The house was perfect for our needs! Plenty of space, super comfortable beds, and amazing views! The decks were perfect for our morning coffee & afternoon cocktails and the hot tub was so relaxing and felt like you were "floating" over the lake. Patty was very communicative with any questions we had, and when I left something very important behind after checkout, she was sure to assist. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope we might stay again in the future!We really enjoyed pizza delivery from Paul's, dinner at Lake Bomoseen Lodge, and breakfast at the Bomoseen Diner.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The house and property were as pictured, if not even more comfortable and enjoyable upon arrival. Communication with Patty was great and she really made an effort to make sure we felt at home. The house is so comfortable, and even with a rainy weekend we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake view. This was perfect for 5 ladies to gather for a reunion weekend!

VTSU Castleton grad

Short stay of a few days here during Vermont State University Castleton grad week, and we were very pleased. Just a short drive to the campus, Patty and Tim’s home has all the amenities you need for a relaxing, stress free time. We loved the back porch (with retractable awning and comfortable chairs) overlooking the lake. And the hot tub was a plus too! Thanks Patty and Tim.
