Small Town Vibe, nestled next to world class Wineries and Restaurants.

Adorable ranch house on the edge of Santa Ynez township, nice open views, 1 bedroom 1 bath separate In-law suite with private entrance. Spacious back yard with deck off bedroom. Nice quiet area, peaceful setting. Simple small town living on quarter acre. Brand new king size memory foam mattress, 65 inch smart tv, kitchenette (two burners, fridge, sink and coffee maker), queen size sleeper couch and dining table.

There are wine tasting and winery tours at the over 70 local wineries. These include Crown Point, Fess Parker, Gainey, Sunstone etc. There are brochures and dining suggestions in the guest Suite.

Also found nearby are a Miniature horse ranch, Alpaca and Ostrich Ranches, and the Chumash Casino. The Vintage Motorcycle, Museum, the Elverhoy Museum, the Maverick Saloon, and several famous horse ranches with Andalusians, Arabians, Thoroughbreds, Peruvian Pasos and many more. Monty Robert's famous 'join up' program is only 15 minutes away.

Great cycling trails in the area. There is cycling store for rentals and cycling tours, at the beginning of Solvang on Hwy 246.

The following items are all present and available for your use;

Coffee maker, coffee, sugar, olive oil, vegetable oil, vinegar, assorted condiments and spices, salt & pepper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, and a variety of other cleaning and laundry products.

There are excellent public golf courses within a few miles, and at the casino their is a pool and spa are for you to relax in.

Great Location!

Walking distance or extremely short drive to the best restaurants in Santa Ynez! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Hosts are gracious and friendly making us feel right at home. I would definitely stay again!

Upscale and Amazing !!

Dean and Janet’s place is AMAZING! Their unit is super modern with tons of amenities. Yummy coffee and super comfy beds. They have thought of everything. Location is super. Very close distance to the Red Barn, Grappolos, Mavericks and the main area in Santa Ynez. Outstanding communication with the hosts before, during and after our trip Let them know if you need anything and I am sure they can or will try their best to accommodate you. We also used Dean’s services to try some local wineries. Dean knows his wines and is an outstanding driver / conversationalist. Highly recommend adding this to your trip if you are a wine enthusiast like us. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!!

This is the perfect place to stay with our pup! The hosts are wonderful and the location is very close to doggie day care, golf, dining and shopping.

Sisters get away

Property and property host and hostess were wonderful. Property is not far from restaurants, wineries and Solvang. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the back yard. They even loaned us their BBQ. Would stay here again.

Santa Ynez stay

Really lovely and comfortable spot, with great amenities in the kitchen (inlcuding good coffee) and one of the best sofas on the planet!! Good location for getting to both Los Olivos and Santa Ynez, and of course the rest of the valley surrounding. You will need to drive to any point of interest, though not far. The hosts were lovely nice people.

Great Location, Friendly, and Comfortable

Dean's place was perfect for our group of 6 (including 2 dogs). It is in a great location as it is very walkable to downtown and was super cozy with a king mattress and a large pull out couch. We even had our own private outdoor patio with chairs. In all, we loved our stay with Dean and he gave us some great recommendations (and even a bottle of wine when we arrived!). Would definitely stay here again.
