Upstairs there is a large sitting room with central wood burning stove. The sitting areas have lots of natural light and large picture windows with great sea views. French doors open into the dining kitchen area which also has a large picture window with sea views. Sliding glass doors open out from the sitting rooms onto a large balcony which has a table and chairs and a Weber charcoal BBQ. There are concrete steps leading down to a patio and pebbled garden.
There are lots of sitting areas and a smart TV.
Downstairs there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with toilet. There is a smart TV and a king sized bed and glass doors leading onto the patio. Two other bedrooms have each got a king sized bed and one has glass doors opening onto the patio and garden. One room has now got 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower bath toilet and basin.There is a utility room with washing machine and sink. There is a door under the stairs which leads into the garage which has a tumble dryer and hooks for drying and storing equipment etc. There is also a small pool table for the kids to have fun with. There are usually various sizes of wet suits belonging to my family which you may borrow. There are also some folding deck chairs and a sun lounger which you can use to sit at the front of the house. Outside at the front of the house there is parking for 3 cars. The pool table has been taken out of the garage now and is kept in the store/ boiler room under the balcony and will be brought outside on to paved area under the balcony in the spring summertime.
