This private entrance mother-in-law suite has everything you need for your visit. Bedroom with quality linens, full bath, washer & dryer, treadmill, large tv with WIFI and Netflix included in your stay. Wake up and enjoy complimentary coffee on your patio and watch the sun come up in our quiet farming neighborhood. Close to coffee shops, grocery stores and more!

You will have a full floor all to yourself. The private entrance with keypad access welcomes you to your large bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a family room with a desk area and a workout corner with a treadmill. Around the corner is the full-sized bathroom with washer and dryer for tenant use. We provide all the amenities including coffee, bottled water, shampoo/conditioner, detergent/dryer sheets, towels, and kitchen basics. Onsite is k-cup coffee, full sized fridge (not pictured, sorry!), and microwave.

There is a private entrance on the left-hand side of the home.

Other things to note
There are stairs in the space. They lead to the second floor. There is no need to use these stairs but they are not closed off by a door. There is a door at the top of them that remains locked at all times.
