About this property

This is the DREAM HOUSE! Breathtaking luxury beach front house. Get sandy!

Our property is about half an acre, right on the white sand beach with turquoise color ocean.
It’s located in Fare on the Northeast side where you can watch the sunset over Raiatea, Tahaa and Bora bora. Everything is walking distance from the house. Yet you feel like you’re away from everything. Our family lives on the property too, in a house right next to your house. We have 2 kids. We love to fish, kite-surf, paddle canoe and play outside. We also have 2 labrador dogs that are constantly cruising on the beach. The property has a private electric gate to enter. You can park a rental car next to your beach house.

The house is very well equipped.
On the terrace you have:

-high chairs with bar like table overlooking the beach and ocean

-wide hardwood countertops with a tiki bar island in the middle

I’ve been in French Polynesia for over 30 years now and my wife was born and raised on Huahine. We both like to surf, fish and enjoy the beach with our family. We feel like we truly live in one of the beautiful places on earth that we are so fortunate to call home. We want to share this place with you.

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy waking up to a serene ocean view and drinking coffee from the terrace in the quiet mornings. Then go for a swim in the warm turquoise ocean right in front of the house.
Relax on the white sand beach. Sip a cocktail in the afternoon and watch the sunset go down.

What makes this property unique

The location is one of the best on this island. White sand beach, good swimming area and all the shops and restaurants are really close by.
The house has all the comfort you need.
