Whether you are soaking under the stars, exploring the trail, or just disconnecting together, this is your idyllic getaway.

The Highlights

The Ofuro Tub: Unwind in our deep, Japanese-inspired cedar soaking tub. It is pure magic in the rain, listening to the soothing rhythm of mountain raindrops on the tin roof.

Secluded Acres: Venture out into your 15 private acres of woodland via a short, scenic trail that loops gracefully back to the house—perfect for a quiet morning stroll to spot local wildlife.

Adventure on Tap: Ideally located for easy day trips—pack a lunch and head out for world-class bouldering at Rocktown (25 mins) or explore the iconic waterfalls and hiking trails at Cloudland Canyon (40 mins).

The Living Space: From cooking a romantic dinner in the fully equipped kitchen to grilling on the outdoor gas BBQ, this air-conditioned space is built for relaxation. Fast, complimentary Wi-Fi is also included to keep you connected whenever you choose.

Pamoons' interior and exterior have been designed exclusively for adults. Our home lacks child safety locks on external and internal doors, and the soaking tub area is not gated. The Japanese soaking tub provides a heated, calming experience without jets and is emptied and sanitized after each guest's departure, remaining open year-round.

Our property management team are close by if you have any issues or queries during your stay – we are very lucky to have them as our neighbors

Absolutely loved this peaceful Trion retreat! Clean, quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. The Japanese ofuro soaking tub was a highlight—so relaxing and unique. 2nd visit, still amazing

We visited this property last year for a rare kid-free getaway and decided to make it an annual trip. It was just as great as I remembered! The location is incredibly private and quiet. The house itself was comfortable and extremely clean. Really couldn't have asked for more and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Hello! We are Angie and Andrew. While we call the coastal breeze of Hampshire, England home, our hearts have belonged to the rolling hills of Northwest Georgia for over two decades.

Why they chose this property

Our journey began in 2002 during a life-changing family vacation with our three sons, Charlie, George, and Elliott. We didn't just leave with souvenirs; we left with a vision. Shortly after that trip, we purchased a slice of Georgia sky and built our first home, Peavine.

By 2011, we opened Peavine to guests, and the joy of sharing this landscape led us to add Pinhoti and Pamoon in 2020. Though we are across the pond, our homes are meticulously cared for by dear local friends who have become like family. Our sons are grown now, but they still return with friends in tow, forever debating which of the three homes is their favorite—a perfect excuse for one more visit!
