Home completely updated with all new furniture and upgrades, perfect set up for fun time in Old Town. House has 4 bedrooms, plus a game room with sleeper so actually could be used as a 5th bedroom. Home has Large Screen TVs in all rooms, Game room with shuffleboard, golf video games, 4 large TVs for Sports bar like environment for watching games and sporting events! Home has tons of fun stuff including pool table, corn hole, shuffle board, Jacuzzi, etc. You can also check out a few of our other listings... Listing numbers are 1541802, 2239735 and 1292714.

Relax inside with this beautifully remodeled four bedroom three full bathroom house with private pool! There are 10 large screen TV in this house including 65" entertainment system in Family Room. The family room, kitchen and dining room are large and open for a great entertaining space. Home also has custom Game room with (4) 55" large screen TVs, tons of fun!! The backyard also features a large swimming pool, outdoor dining table, fire pit, BBQ, Jacuzzi, corn hole game, and of course large screen TV!

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families, and big groups. The bedroom layout is as follows:

Master Bedroom: 2 Queen beds with Ensuite Bathroom; large walk-in closet and 50" TV

2nd Master Bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom and 43" TV

3rd Bedroom: 1 King Bed few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV

4th Bedroom: 2 Full Beds few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV

Game Room: Pull out queen bed in Game room and (4) 55" TVs, blue tooth Sound Bar

Extra Sleeping: Pull out queen bed in Family Room and 65" TV, Blue tooth Sound Bar

Pool Heat – Pricing is $60 per night to cover utilities *Need 48 hour advanced notice. Set to around 83 degrees*

• Early Check-In and Late Check Out (if available) - $200 each

• Pack & Play and Highchairs - $25 each

Fantastic Stay in Scottsdale. We had an amazing time at this property. The house slept 7 adults comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The backyard was a highlight — perfect for hanging out by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and playing cornhole. The home was spotless on arrival, and there were plenty of TVs throughout for everyone to enjoy.Our host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Scottsdale!

Great proximity to everything

The stay was great. My friends and I had plenty of room and we were close to literally everything we did - golf, downtown Scottsdale, game in Glendale. Owners had very good communication.

Incredible place to stay for a large group! We were 12 girls and it was the perfect size house. Everyone had plenty of room and enough space to all hang out together which is hard to find! I’d highly recommend this house and would go back in a heart beat!

Great location near Old Scottsdale. The house is nicely set up for enjoyment. Game/TV room is great with 4 screens Pool and spa were awesome. Host was extremely attentive to our needs. Would sleep 8 very easily.

Exactly what we were looking for!

This house fit our group of 14 perfectly with enough beds and space to hang out in the communal areas. Everywhere in Scottsdale was a quick Lyft ride, and there’s a grocery store 2 blocks away to stock up on everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Why they chose this property

We are in Old Town Scottsdale and very close to restaurants, Bars, The Mall, Golf Courses, etc. About 1.7 Miles North and a quick 5 minute drive you will find the popular Fashion Square Mall for all of your shopping needs along with Old Town Scottsdale. There is the entertainment district in Old town with plenty of clubs (Whiskey Row, Bottled Blonde, Bevvy, Dakota.... Just to name a few.) Old town has plenty of restaurants to try. A few of our favorites are: Hula’s, Diego Pops, Chop Shop, Farm and Craft, Banderas, The Mission, Geisha a go go, Barrio Queen, Cowboy Ciao.... You really can’t go wrong. If you are in the mood for a casual drink but don’t want to hit the clubs we suggest, Scape Goat (beer and wine only), Counter Intuitive (specialty cocktails), Second Story and The Montauk (Also has a good food Menu.) Starbuck, Bashes Grocery Store, and Liquor store all in walking distance from our house.

Getting around

PARKING
You have 3 slab parking spots in front of the house depending on the size of your car. The garage is not to be used for vehicles. Street parking is also safe and encouraged for any additional guests.

SCOTTSDALE TROLLEY/BUS
There are trolley stops very close to home with several different routes. We suggest that you look up the trolley routes and times for the most accurate information.

UBER/LIFT
Download the app! We use both Uber and Lift frequently. They are easy to use and usually have no problem finding the home.

LIMEBIKE
If you are feeling like a bike ride you can download this app. You may see several places where bright green bikes are parked. If you download this app you will have access to take these bikes to and from.

Easy access golf courses, Phoenix Open, and Talking Stick Casino. This home is located between the Cubs spring training field and the Diamond backs. Great central location!
