Second floor has a bedroom with a queen and a twin.the loft has two twin bunks and a single twin. Basement has a queen sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a queen for a total of 16 guests. Large custom kitchen has everything you need for cooking during your fun family vacation, and the dining table will seat 10 comfortably (folding table available if more table space is needed).

Enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom overlooking the beautiful White Mountains and unique view of Mad River. A large mud room can handle all your ski equipment and offers a half bath. Laundry is available off the finished basement for your convenience. One full bathroom is off the first floor master. The second full bath is in the basement. The second floor bath separates the shower area from the sink & toilet to allow for easier sharing of the space.
