Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Confirm that the silver Apple TV remote control is in the trayon top of the fireplace in the living room AND remote control for light in twin bed is on dresser to avoid replacement fees.
Replace the cover on the (cooled) fire pit if you used it during your stay.
Turn off the Mitsubishi condensing units in kitchen, living room, and master bedroom (if used).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No stays over 28 days.
For fire prevention and safety, please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use or when you are leaving for the day

What makes this property unique

Our property offers three bedrooms on the main floor as well as a coffee station and bathroom off of the living room. The unique set up features a downstairs kitchen and den with a second bathroom and laundry area.

Both floors of the house off and outside deck to relax. There is also a swingset, BBQ, and firepit in the backyard.
