Garden level in quiet family house

We are in the district of Montplaisir, residential and quiet a few minutes from the city center of Arles and ideal for visiting the region, from the Camargue to the Alpilles. The house of the 60s has kept its welcoming spirit, modern and vintage atmosphere, all in color. The ground floor of our house is the summer part, direct access to the garden. Large airy rooms and fresh summer. Welcome to all!

Très bon accueil des hôtes et communication facile. Logement proche du centre ville avec stationnement et clim très appréciée en période de canicule !Toutefois l'agencement des pieces n'est pas idéal, quelques aménagements et un entretien maintenance amélioré rendrait le sejour plus agréable.

Logement très calme bien situé pour visiter la région. Par contre nous avons été très déçus par la qualité des prestations : éclairage très insuffisant, pas de meuble de rangement pour les vêtements, impossible de se servir de la télévision qui au maximum ne fonctionne que qq mn et se brouille, et surtout bcp de négligences ( 1 rideau sur 2 de fenêtre manquant, deux casseroles rouillées hors d'usage, pas de poignée permettant d' utiliser les autres, vieux produits alimentaires et d'entretien non jetés, lave-vaisselle ne lavant pas bien, séche-serviette sur le radiateur cassé et rouillé, réfrigérateur non dégivré, et la pièce où il se trouve est en fait utilisée comme débarras du propriétaire, la porte entre les deux pièces ne ferme pas, qq ampoules non remplacées.....)

Tout a été parfait les propriétaires de la maison super sympathique, ils nous ont accueilli avec notre enfant et notre chien niveau de l’emplacement très proche du centre-ville tout en étant au calme pour dormir la nuit, les fenêtres ouvertesJe recommande vivement cette location proche de Sainte-Marie, proche de Grau-du-Roi Aigues-Mortes, parfait pour la visite de cette belle région en famille ou entre amis

Logement vintage au calme et très bien équipé

Situé dans un quartier très tranquille, à 20 minutes des Arènes. Impeccable pour les Rencontres Photographiques, on ajoutera même un Monoprix des années 60 à proximité. Nous reviendrons! De plus, l’hôte est très à l’écoute. Vraiment PARFAIT.

the location is close to the station, and the short walk gives visitors perspective on the true life of Arles, for artists and ordinary people living just beyond the walled city. Perfecto!

Eine sauber Wohnung

Wir konnten schon um 16 uhr in Wohnung, vielen lieben dank dafür. Wir würden sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen. Es gibt sehr viel Info Material, mit sehr guten Ausflugs Ideen. Zu Beispiel der Strand der empfohlen wird ist wirklich sehr abgeschieden und wunderschön. Wir waren durch unsere Jobs sehr gestresst und wollten etwas erholt haben und uns die schöne Altstadt anschauen. Zum Stadtkern ist es von der Wohnung wirklich nicht weit aber auch mit den Auto ist sie gut zu erreichen, im Frühling haben wir dort auch immer, sehr preiswert, Parkmöglichkeiten gefunden. In der Wohnung war an ruhe leider nicht zu denken. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man teilt sich den Eingangsbereich mit der Familie von den Vermietern. Die Türen gingen auf und zu und jedes mal gibt es ein unglaublich Krach. Ab 20 Uhr ist es dann aber auch rühiger im Haus. Der Garten ist sehr verfallen (oder Naturbelassene) und hat mich etwas erschrocken. Also, wer gern ausschläft und Ruhe sucht ist hier am Wochenende falsch, wer den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und hier nur kurz Schlaf will, ist aufgrund der Lage und sehr guten Ausstattung der Wohnung genau richtig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön, es ist wirklich alles da und noch mehr aber es ist auch alles sehr abgenutzt und es müssten mal wieder etwas neues angeschafft werden. Zu Beispiel die Matratze ist durch gelegen, die Stühle sind mit Klebeband repetiert. Es ist eine sehr sauber Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Es war leider nicht das richtige für uns.

Very nice

Very nice place and hosts. The 60's decoration gives charm and personality to the place, which has two really cool VW vans on the garage! The place is spacious and fully equiped, has outside space where kids can play, is located in a quiet and safe residencial neighborhood that is 15 min awat by foot from Arles' downtown. The hosts are very sweet and responsive. Perfect for a family stay.
