Marina Sol - Best Located Condo in Cabo - Near Mendano Beach

This two bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the HEART of all the action. Friendly environment suited for families, couples, or anyone looking for a nice Cabo San Lucas vacation.

Our complex, Marina Sol, is a peaceful paradise with beautifully maintained grounds surrounding the largest heated pool in Cabo San Lucas! The Best location in Cabo is one block to Mendano Beach for safe swimming and all beach activities, one block to the Marina for world famous fishing, while downtown is just One and 1/2 blocks to shopping and the exciting night life! You can walk everywhere!

Our complex also has a small day spa in the lobby. They provide many different services including nails and massages. Mini market in lobby of complex. Private wireless in the condo and Wireless by the pool. We have a pool side restaurant, Tres Amigas and The Oasis is a restaurant in the lobby at the end of the hallway that will also deliver your food to your condo! Our complex is just an excellent set up!

The condo shown has two large bedrooms, one bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as bunk beds. Two bathrooms updated to make accommodations perfect for everyone. Full kitchen is convenient. Living room has TV with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed for relaxation. We have a washer dryer and a BBQ on the Balcony. The condos are set up to be comfortable for our guests. The kitchen is stocked with basic necessities for cooking, and all the condos have a supply of sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towel. **You should expect to bring your own shampoos and conditioners. Soap for showers is provided. Unit is clean on your arrival and cleaned after your departure. Additional maid service is available for a fee and can be arranged by Owner or you can arrange at the time you check in.
Price depends on number of nights booked and the time frame requested. $160 a night is a base rate; Holiday periods are $225 a night. Holiday time frame has a 6-7 night minimum unless the dates fill in so, please check with me. **We do allow 2 nights minimum but at a higher nightly rate than posted. Check in fee for a 2 bedroom is $85.
The Holiday rates vary so please inquire for the rate. ** We can Now Take Visa, Mastercard or Papal account ~~~ If you use a Visa, Master Card or PayPal there is a 4.5% surcharge to cover the fees~~~.

~~In the event of a cancellation - please contact Lorie. There is a $200 cancellation fee. If dates can be rebooked, we can give a refund less the $200 administration fee. If we cannot rebooked the dates - we allow you to use the condo at another time in From April to October - excluding Holidays.

Great property and staff! The apartment was clean, the pool was nice, concierge service fantastic. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the lobby was kept very clean. Felt secure. It's in a great location close to the beach, marina, and markets.

Marina Sol still has that old México feel that is getting lost in Cabo. The location is perfect - 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to town. The food choices on the property are great. All guests are happy and enjoyable to be around. The condo itself is perfect for all different combinations of travelers - 2 friends; 2 couples or a small family - with the amenities. Will def stay here again!

This property was amazing. Condo a bit dated, and yes the washer comes up the bathtub…. But who cares. It was well stocked and everything we needed and more! :) We loved it!

It’s a challenge to have a washer in some of these condos so we have to work with what we have. We intentionally have kept this condo as a Mexican hacienda style. Cabo vacation rental

We enjoyed staying at the property. The location was excellent and the complex was well maintained. The condo is a bit dated but did not affect our stay. No Wifi

The condo was very nice. There was no Wifi at all we told the manager and the problem was never fixed. The washer backed up into the shower when we did laundry.

Thank you for using our condo. I am sorry the wifi did not work. The manager contacted Telemax and they are doing upgrades which affected the wifi at our condo during your stay. On the washer draining into the bathtub/shower - that is correct. That is the only way we could have a washer dryer in the unit. There should be directions on the dryer door that explained this. I will discuss with management to make sure the directions are there.

Marina Sol Condos are in a good location, a few blocks from Medano Beach, 10 minute walk to downtown Cabo, etc. This condo was clean and Lorie was accessible to communicate with.

Christmas stay

Lorie was very helpful whenever I had a question. We were delayed a day in getting there so the check in was a little unorganized (no fault of owners). The unit was as advertised. It would have been nice to have a broom in the unit, but when I asked she said that every time they replace them, they go missing (I know - this is a small concern). This was our 2nd time staying at Marina Sol and we do love the location. Our first time we had view of the pool and we did miss that, but this advertisement did say it was not pool view. We miss it already....its going to be -20 here most of the week.

We bought the condo because it is close to the beach, town & Marina. Best of all Cabo is sunny almost all year round!

What makes this property unique

We like the courtyard with the pool. Our condo has a private balcony that you can view the town. We enjoy both the Tres Amigas and Oasis for food or drinks. The ability to walk anywhere in town is a bonus.
