Raven Fox Farm-Country Charm! 5 BR Only 8 miles from Keeneland and BG Airport

Welcome to Raven Fox Farm! This cozy farmhouse sits on 5 acres surrounded by beautiful trees and horse paddocks. There are 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that sleep a total of 10 guests.
There is also a 5 stall barn if you are traveling with horses that can be rented.

The home has been newly furnished. Three bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom is a king bed with a flat screen TV and one bedroom has two twins. There is a kitchen with a new stove and dishwasher and coffee maker and kettle and cooking supplies if you want to have some meals in and a formal dining space and two living rooms. When the weather is right there is a pool outback for swimming or just floating on a raft enjoying the sun and country air. We have grills for summer time cook outs!
And sometimes you might even find a horse peeking over the fence at you and three resident cats that patrol the property. These are ideal accommodations for a group of friends traveling together, families, or business travelers. You will feel comfortable and right at home! This property is designed for visiting, relaxing, and entertaining. You’ll find everything you will need for a comfortable stay including free Wi-Fi access, flat screen television in main living area, central heating and air, a fully appointed kitchen, hair driers, and laundry area with iron and ironing board.

Owners are just a few minutes away if they are needed.

One of the key features of this property besides its comfort and amenities is its location. It is just a few miles from historic downtown Versailles, full of antique shops, sweet family restaurants, a bourbon bar and much more. A short drive will get you to Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail, the Bluegrass Trail, the Kentucky Horse Park, the Bluegrass Airport, the Kentucky Castle, some great golf courses and only 15 minutes from Downtown Lexington and Rupp Arena and some of the most beautiful hiking and bike trails around!!

Amazing Family Weekend

Our family stayed at this house for the 4th of July weekend and we had the best time. The house was fully stocked and clean, but the pool was our favorite part! Shannon was accommodating and super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!

The property was perfect for the 6 of us guys to get away for a bourbon touring weekend. The house was located conveniently for a quick drive to a number of distilleries. It was a super comfy place to hang out in the evening after touring. The owner was super accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. Perfect for any kind of gathering

We are from the Lexington/Louisville area and wanted a place to feel away from everything but not too far away for a bachelor party. This location was IDEAL. Private, fun, and everything you could possibly need. Shannon gave me a tour of the entire place and checked in to make sure we were all set throughout. Highly recommend staying here for any sort of occasion, especially if you are visiting and want stay on a piece of beautiful KY country, and still having plenty of stuff to do nearby.

Family Memories

Our family had an enjoyable stay where we made lots of memories. The Host was very helpful with house tips and area information. They even added a personal touch with a welcome basket upon our arrival. The amenities from the pool to house set up was a 10 star rating. The bedrooms were all spacious and downstairs gave us enough room where we were not on top of each other. I recommend to anyone who loves the outdoor because this property is amazing!

Salt of the Earth people in the middle of horse paridise

Shannon and Jamie are some of the best people you could meet. They are very kind, responsive, and give you phenomenal value for your spend. I could not give this home a higher rating. Comfortable beds, clean home and bathrooms, great kitchen, solid Internet, a great sized living / dining area and the pool is in great shape. Anything we needed Shannon was quick to respond and take care of us. If your looking at horses, golfing, Bourbon tours etc this place is in the middle of everything. Huge thanks to these great hosts.

Raven Fox Farm was Wonderful!

Wow! We had the most amazing stay at Raven Fox Farm! The house was perfect. Every room had amazing decor, was spotless clean, and very comfortable. All the bedrooms were roomy and decorated perfectly to make you feel at home. I cannot say enough amazing things about Shannon and Jamie, the property owners. You can tell Shannon is truly passionate about making guests feel welcome and knows how to add touches that go a long way. The outdoor area and pool were perfect for our stay! The scenery was gorgeous and even had a horse in the field behind the house. I miss staying there already!

Can't we give more than 5 Stars??

Just returned from 7 days at the property and cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! From the day of arrival and changing plans for arrival times, to the in-person visit and tour of the home from Shannon, to the lovely welcome basket, the guidance about traffic and police presence in the evenings on highways, the tour of the farm - not to mention how well appointed the home is! Even complete with an evening visitor named Ricky Bobby we all came to love and adore (a sweet kitty). The location was perfect for us as well - lots of history, natural beauty, shopping and great restaurants nearby. If I could click my heels and be back there right now - I surely would! Thank you, Shannon and Jamie, for treating us like family.

Best House and Hostess in all of Kentucky

Six of us age 50 to 63 from a local Bourbon club came up for a race at Keenland followed by a Bourbon Trail tour the next day. The house is close to Keenland and a good kicking off spot for many of the local distilleries. It is roomy, well appointed and clean. We took advantage of the fire pit both nights to enjoy a bonfire and some comradery. Shannon went above and beyond the entire time we were there. She checked in with us numerous times to make sure all was OK and we didn't need anything. She gave us lots of good local advice and even found us a great driver for the day we toured the distilleries so we could all enjoy the tours a lot more. She has a great personality and is a lot of fun to work with. We will be back, but we will schedule our next trip around when this house is available. Stay here. You won't regret it.
