Step into Base Camp 476 and head upstairs to the expansive living area with plush seating for your entire group. Warm up by the fire or grab some fresh mountain air on one of the two decks on this level. The gourmet kitchen has tons of counter space, a large island, and a professional-grade six-burner gas range built for the chef in your group. The kitchen shares a two-way fireplace with the back deck, where you'll also find a large gas grill and private hot tub with forest views. For the gamers in the group, enjoy the foosball table and ping-pong table in the garage.
Ready to rest easy? Head to one of the four bedrooms all featuring hotel-style luxury linens and thoughtful decor. Enjoy the two King Suites on the upper level each with an attached ensuite bathroom, flat screen TV, and sweeping views. Also find the Queen bedroom on the upper level with tons of storage and nature views. Plus, an additional bunk room on the lower level that is perfect for kiddos.
Additional amenities include heated garage for one car, private parking for one car, keyless entry, remote check-in, ski storage, ski in ski out access via the Corridor ski trail, multiple flat screen TVs, and more!
Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Second King Suite, and Queen Bedroom all on the upper level. Queen/Queen bunks in bunk room on the lower level, and a Queen size self-inflating EZ bed in the second living area. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

We were left outside for multiple hours waiting for house to be cleared… We flagged down someone checking a different property that let us in and had no idea why we were not granted access on time. Hot tub did not reach warm temp until 1.5 days into stay. Master bathtub was wrapped in plastic and not working for use for entire stay. These were both key points in choosing this property.

We have very high cleaning standards and every property is inspected after it is cleaned. We are so sorry we couldn't get you in sooner! The whole stay was enjoyable. Loved the view from the dining area, large table for seating all 6 of us, plenty of cookware to work with, lot of spices which we appreciated. We didnt use the hot tub because i for one couldnt see how i could easily get into it. A step or three to approach it? I have a spine issue. Beds very comfortable. Dishwasher was wonky but it ran. One of our party was in the double Q bunk and said the bed there very uncomfortable. The rest of the beds very nice! Showers lovely. One of the best places we have stayed and we have come to wp more than 20 years. Loved it!!

Wonderful family vacation
We stayed at basecamp for a week with our large family. It was so comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The location could not be any better with a short walk to the hill. We would definitely come back again!
The house was exactly as it was described. We enjoyed our trip.

Great location and accommodations!
Base Camp 476 was a great house for our party of 8 (two families of 4)! The walk to the ski trail was a bit tiring at first, but it got easier as the week went on and was definitely better than not having access at all! The village was also an easy walk. The beds and bedding were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Having our own hot tub was a treat. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
We had an amazing time at this property! It was perfect for our two families with children ranging from 4 to 10 years old. We had plenty of space to lounge, relax, and cook meals together. It had beautiful views and a perfect location to walk to summer activities at the resort. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable Great Space for Family of 5
Base Camp 476 was a great stay with amazing views on the top of the slopes. House is modernized to fit every guest. Jacuzzi hot tub was lovely and relaxing. This vacation definitely was giving of new vitality and inspiration.
This place had everything we could of ever needed. Plenty of room, great place for some R&R. Clean, great location and customer service was top notch. You won’t regret it

Great space, comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, wonderful hot tub. We had a great trip. We love Winter Park... ski in-out is a climb, but by day 2-3 we are used to it! I highly recommend this condo and Winter Park Lodging. They are helpful and responsive and provide wonderful service.

Very nice property. Clean functioning hot tub. Very comfortable bed in the master...unfortunately my guests had to cancel due to kid issues and I can't speak to the other beds but they all looked just as plush. Gr8 spot close to the lifts!! I would book again!

Great place, the management company was great. There was a minor issue with the patio, due to damage on a unit next door, we were unable to use or access it along with the Hot tub. The management co was quick to let us know the same day of the booking, and offered a full refund. Great service

We had 7 people staying in the house full-time and we had another person come for a night and all were well accommodated in this beautiful home. With easy access to the slopes, a well appointed kitchen (and kitchen essentials and more), our family had a great time skiing and then eating at the property before doing it again the next day. If we come back to WP, we'll certainly look at this property.

Base Camp 476 met are needs. Several of the family made use of the hot tub relaxing after skiing. We requested several extras and the management company promptly provided them. The lower level was the only negative because it was so very cold. Because of the open floor plan the entire family was able to interact and enjoy our time together.
Beautiful home. Well appointed. Not quite ski in/ski out.
Absolutely gorgeous home and very welll appointed with nice pots and pans, etc. Winter Park Lodging Company was one of the best I’ve dealt with - ease of communication via text, quick to address any questions or concerns. I think the place should be listed as “slopeside” instead of ski-in/ski-out, as the walk through the path up the hill and then up ~ 5 flights of stairs (about 50 stairs) was an exhausting was to start the day - especially at altitude. That aside, a wonderful experience all-around.

We thought the house was terrific and had everything we needed, except some food storage containers (tupperware, etc for leftovers) and a larger baking sheet (bacon for the masses). The rental agency staff and app were super helpful and useful. Thanks!

Spacious for 2 families with teens
The house was spacious and comfortable for our 2 families. ( 4 adults and 7 teenagers )
Very nice to have a heated garage to store our skis.
We used the hot tub, the BBQ and the entire kitchen and the laundry machines and everything is in perfect working order. ( maybe consider getting a garlic press and a few more cutting boards )
The ski out is convenient albeit a bit of a hike especially for the first day or 2 while trying to get acclimated to the change in altitude… but there is a handy shuttle that takes you in to the village if you prefer.
The staff at WinterPark lodging were accessible for questions and always friendly.
We would definitely come again!
Apparently there is some dispute between the property owner and the neighbors because they were really anxious to tour a car out of an empty parking lot. We did not exceed the limit of cars apparently parked in the wrong spot. The tow company said that they get a lot of calls from these people which tells a bit of the story. IT was extremely expensive and on the night right before we were leaving which put us in a real bind it ruined a good part of our trip. The management company Put it 100% on us

The Ironhorse Condo Complex (located next to the Base Camp neighborhood) does tow if you park in their marked spots instead of the two parking spots designated to you at the house you rented with us. We will try to move the signs we have up in the property explaining this to a more obvious spot for future guests.

We loved it!!
We had 9 guests stay here for a 5 day ski trip and this place was perfect! Fully equipped with all of our stay needs, very quick assistance if needed, and beautiful views throughout! We cooked all of our meals in the home and had everything we needed. They even had puzzles, games and ping pong on site to make the stay fun! The only downside was the walk up the hill to get to the slopes but if you are used to the altitude (we are from Houston) then it should be a breeze. Looking forward to our next stay!
MANAGER COMMENTS: Wonderful! That Base Camp neighborhood is in a great spot.....but easier for end of day! Do give us a call again if you come back this way.

Ski in ski out convenience hard to beat at Winter Park. Very nice property with good amenities. Kitchen very nicely furnished, beautiful place with plenty of room for all guests. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for high end property with ski in ski out access. Location of ski shop within 3 minute walk is great as well.
