The house is in a quiet dead end, with reserved parking space, 800 m from the beach. You park your car and everything is within walking distance in less than 5 minutes, bakery, carrefour market, McDonald's, restaurants, caterer, hairdresser ...
The apartment has a large balcony L, where you can enjoy your meals while enjoying an unobstructed view of the fort of Six-Fours.
The accommodation includes an air-conditioned living-dining room, a master suite with shower, washbasin and large closet, a second bedroom with double bed and large closet, a third bedroom with 2 single beds and large closet and a bathroom. water with shower cabin.

Great location, great stay.

Had a great few of days here, just a quick stroll away from the beach and local amenities. Easy and straightforward communication with the owner and the manager. Paying to have the place cleaned after we'd left was good value, given the peace of mind and even if not cheap but if we'd wanted cheap, we'd have stayed at home! Accurate listing, charming and helpful property manager, really convenient spot, good restaurants nearby, lovely beach, great walks, all in all a delightful place to holiday. Recommended.

A tale of two halves

This property is situated in a convenient location. Walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, the beach and a bus service. The accommodation has 3 good sized bedrooms, enough storage and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a good size wrap around balcony. Below is some information that perspective renters may find useful which is not clear in the description at the time of our booking. * the accommodation is on the first floor above the person who manages it, only accessible via stairs. * air conditioning is only in the lounge, bedrooms have fans. The bedrooms were very warm making it difficult to sleep. * the listing says both French and English language, however, this was only for confirmation of the booking and when the owner had time to translate. Quick responses were in French, the lady who manages the property during your stay speaks no English, therefore, making communication difficult. * when your final payment is made/approx 1 week prior to arrival we received an email with the address and a ‘reminder’ to bring sheets, duvet covers, towels, pillowcases, dishclothes, tea towels. This is NOT clear in the description, if you are travelling by air please be aware, this makes a significant impact on your luggage. The email requests double the amount of security deposit than what is in the description, in cash! Be aware of making any constructive questions in relation to the above, the owner threatened to cancel our booking 3 times, you really don’t need the additional stress a week before a holiday you have been looking forward to. * upon arrival we were presented with an inventory, this was only in French. Due to the language barrier we did not sign this. An English version would be useful. * there is an option to pay for cleaning at the end of your stay we felt the amount was expensive, as we always do, we would leave the place clean. On departure the lady tried her hardest to find something, so came up with the dishwasher filter, the hair trap in the shower and a few water splashes on one mirror, then tried to charge us half of the cleaning fee. The place needs to be left immaculate * we arrived at midnight, the only consumable left was 1/4 toilet roll. You may want to consider taking some basics for the morning. Overall, this property did not meet my previous experience of booking holiday accommodation and felt very basic.

Je tiens à donner quelques compléments d'informations : un message vous a été envoyé de suite après votre réservation vous souhaitant la bienvenue, auquel vous n'avez jamais répondu. L'annonce indiquait clairement que le linge de toilette et les produits d'entretien n'étaient pas fournis. En effet, pour les personnes ne lisant pas l'annonce, nous envoyons un message de rappel avant l'arrivée des locataires pour éviter des désagréments à l'arrivée. Suite à ce message, vous avez envoyé plusieurs messages signalant votre grande déception, vos messages n'étaient pas agréables Je vous ai en effet proposé d'annuler moi-même votre réservation pour que vous ne perdiez pas votre acompte de réservation si vous ne désiriez plus venir, c'était plutôt un cadeau de ma part. Je suis désolée de l'interprétation que vous en avez faite ! Il ne faut pas oublier que nos prix de location sont bas étant donné que nous ne fournissons pas le linge de maison et les services extras. Cette location a été effectuée en période de canicule et de vigilance. Concernant le dépôt de garantie, il est bien spécifié le montant dans l'annonce, en effet nous demandons la somme en chèque ou en espèce. Pour le montant du ménage, il est de 80 euros pour une surface de 93m², ce qui est relativement bon marché ! Vous oubliez de préciser que vous n'avez pas nettoyé la cafetière, que vous y avez laissé la dosette usagée à l'intérieur, que le balai et la serpillière n'ont pas été passés à votre départ. Que vous avez fait une lessive, en laissant le linge mouillé à l'intérieur de la machine,... Vous oubliez de dire aussi que vous nous avez imposé votre arrivée à minuit. Vous semblez confondre des logements tenus par des particuliers avec des hôtels ou des résidences hôtelières ou professionnelles... Par contre, je prends note de vos réflexions constructives concernant les documents que nous traduirons à l'avenir pour nos vacanciers anglais ! Hello, Thank you for your review. I would like to give some additional information: a message was sent to you immediately after your reservation welcoming you, to which you never replied. The ad clearly stated that towels and cleaning products were not provided. Indeed, for people who do not read the announcement, we send a reminder message before the arrival of the tenants to avoid inconvenience on arrival. Following this message, you sent several messages indicating your great disappointment, your messages were not pleasant I indeed offered to cancel your reservation myself so that you did not lose your reservation deposit if you did not wish more come, it was rather a gift from me. I'm sorry for your interpretation! Do not forget that our rental prices are low since we do not provide linens and extra services. This rental was made in a period of heat wave and vigilance. Regarding the security deposit, the amount is clearly specified in the advertisement, in fact we ask for the amount by check or cash. For the amount of cleaning, it is 80 euros for a surface of 93m², which is relatively cheap! You forget to specify that you did not clean the coffee maker, that you left the used pod inside, that the broom and the mop were not passed on your departure. That you did laundry, leaving the wet laundry inside the machine,... You also forgot to say that you forced us to arrive at midnight. You seem to be confusing accommodation run by individuals with hotels or hotel or professional residences... Séjour vacances Noël entre amis pour balades

Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire très sympa. Appartement très fonctionnel et idéal pour 3 couples. Rien ne manque au niveau vaisselle/accessoires. Pp de fuite avec la cafetière résolu immédiatement par la personne qui gère la location. Situation idéale, au calme tout en étant proche à pied des commerces et marchés, des animations et festivités à Sanary qui est magnifique et animée au moment des fêtes. Belles randonnées alentours vers Bandol. Très bonnes vacances.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, mit Parkplatz. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt fußläufig einen Bäcker und einen großen Supermarkt, Restaurants und McDonalds. Der Strand ist nah, wir sind allerdings immer zu einem Sandstrand gefahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 3 Teenagern sehr genossen, die Gegend ist einfach herrlich und interessant. Obwohl wir in den Herbstferien da waren, konnten wir noch ordentlich Sonne tanken und mit tollen Wellen baden.

La disponibilité de la propriétaire et de la personne accueillante a été un réel plaisir. L’appartement est très bien situé et propre en arrivant. Seul petit « bémol » la proximité immédiate d’une personne en dessous (qui ne s’est jamais plainte) mais peur de la déranger. Encore merci pour ce beau séjour ! PS : il manquerait un petit aspirateur :)
