The master bedroom en suite features a king size bed, a separate sitting room and it's own bath with a tub/shower combination. It also has a 40" TV for your viewing pleasure. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share the 2nd bathroom and there is a 38” (Gaming Only) TV. There is also a queen size murphy bed with sheets, blankets and pillows to accommodate 2 more.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (interior)
The spacious living room has a 55" TV angled in the corner so it can be seen from the open concept dining area and kitchen. The living room has plush couches and a chair with seating for 7. The living room also has a wood-burning pot-belly stove to those brisk Paso nights in the fall and winter.
The dining area, with a large table and seating for 6 is an extension of the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliance including a Frigidaire French door refrigerator, a Frigidaire Microwave oven and a 6-burner stove with dual oven combo. A plethora of small appliances, including a freshly-grinding coffee and tea maker, a Vitamix and dinner service allow you to feed a crowd. There's plenty of prep space on the new granite counters and large peninsula with four stools for the chef's audience to sit and sip while keeping the cook entertained, plus 4 extra stools for additional seating.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (exterior)
Outside there is a covered back patio with enough seating for 20 people with plenty of extra. The cover patio is lit with string lights for nighttime entertaining. The fire pit/BBQ combination or a BBQ/Smoker area is the perfect spot to throw on some steaks while you uncork your newest Paso Wine acquisition and listen to your favorite tunes on our Bluetooth Speaker.
While cooking up some grub, the kids can play in the pool that is gated, fenced and above ground. After dinner they can swim a bit more or play some rounds of corn hole or ladder toss.
We also have 2 fenced in pet areas and hiking trails for fido to have some fun.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You're in a perfect area to explore the Eastside Wineries. Just minutes from Tobin James, Barr, Bianchi, Steinbeck and Pear Valley, you don’t have to go far for the action. It's also close to Paso's newest sensation, Sensorio. This light show extravaganza is a "must-see" experience when visiting Paso. You're also close to Hunter Ranch Golf Course and Vina Robles Amphitheatre where you can take in some amazing acts.
You're 15 minutes to downtown Paso and 30 minutes to the beach.
PROVISIONS
There is a Smart & Final on Spring and 20th street in downtown, along with an Albertson's on Niblick Road. A bit further to the south and you'll find Trader Joe's and Pier 46 Fish Market in Templeton.
RESTAURANTS
Paso Restaurants are aplenty! What's your desire: Italian, Irish, French, Mexican, Asian, Argentinean, Organic or Seafood? Paso has them all and more.
Venture to Templeton and you can find even more fantastic restaurants. One of my favorites is McPHee's Grill or Jacks offering delicious dinner entrees.
ACTIVITIES
There is SO MUCH to do on the Central Coast. Of course there is wine tasting, beer tasting, cider tasting and spirits tasting. But after the tongue is worn out, you could play some golf at Hunter Ranch or Paso Robles Golf Club, take in concert at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, or zip line over the vines in Santa Margarita.
Venture out to the local towns. Go antiquing in Cambria. Visit the Elephant Seals and Hearst Castle in San Simeon. Collect shells on Moonstone Beach. Drive an ATV on the beach at the Oceano Dunes. Check out the fantastic Farmer's Markets - Saturdays in downtown Templeton and Thursday nights in San Luis Obispo. Days of endless fun awaits you on the Central Coast.
The owner Ruth lives on the property in a separate home and is available for any issues or questions.
