This spacious 3 level cabin rental features 5-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 16 people. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan.

With 3,300 sq. ft., there is plenty of room for multiple families, a couples retreat or family reunion. The main floor is allotted for comfortable relaxation in the large living area with a wall of windows. Curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book and hot chocolate for a quiet evening on the ample comfortable seating or catch the game or latest movie on the flat screen TV. Open to the living area with plentiful seating for 10 people; dine around the large dining table for 16. Additional seating for 3 is offered at the granite kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all you that is need to prepare delightful meals and modernized with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

Wind down at the end of the day by watching your family's favorite movies in the theater room, complete with a 10' projection screen. In the morning, whip up a tasty breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen. Savor your coffee out on one of the large decks.

The gameroom is packed with plenty of entertainment! Test your skills on the 7 foot pool table or enjoy some friendly competition on the air hockey table. Take a walk back in time and play games like Pac Man and Galaga on the Multi-Cade or spend hours playing over 400 pinball tables on the digital pinball machine.

Upper Floor: King Bedroom with private bath and balcony. 2 additional king bedrooms with private baths.

Main Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV and fireplace. King Bedroom with private bath. Additional 1/2 bath.

Lower Floor: Game Room, with a 1/2 bath, Theater, side by side Washer and Dryer, Bedroom with Full bunk and twin bunk and a private full bathroom and flat screen TV. Walk out onto the covered patio to sit out by the fire pit or enjoy a relaxing evening in the hot tub.

Visit as many attractions as you like on a daily basis and receive one admission to each of those attractions every day. Unused admissions expire daily. Expired and redeemed admissions are replenished the following day and can be used again.

Magical stay in the Smokies
From the bears wandering the neighborhood on a daily basis, to the floorplan of the house we couldn't have asked for a better trip. The kids loved the games downstairs, we loved coffee on the balconies waiting for the bears to walk by. Close to everything we wanted. Only notes were the bunk beds we a little unstable and the higher mattress height made me nervous on the top with lack of guard area. Would definitely rebook this hom though.

Truly a bears gathering
This was the best property we have stayed at in Gatlinburg and was reasonably priced among families, which is why we chose it. My only complaint is that there were bears on property constantly which prevented us from being able to use the amenities. They broke in cars every single night and no one would help us with the problem.

Reviewer Comments: Two major issues I had was the movie room surround sound was not working properly and when I notified them the first time, they sent use instruction instead of offering to come and fix it. After second call they sent someone to fix the problem. The other thing was there was a broken beer bottle in the parking area and some trash in the back yard that had been there for a while. I personal picked up the trash in the back yard near the fire pit, they did come and clean up the bottle after calling them. Overall, it was a decent experience but was not its best. Probably would try them again.

There were 12 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property was only about a 5 min drive from downtown where there was a lot to do! I will say it would have been nice to have the hot tub off of the ground level, like some other rentals in the complex. We looked forward to it, but didn't get much use out of it because there were a lot of bears, hence the name Bears Gathering I suppose! Lol. We saw our first within 10 minutes of being there while we were unloading the cars. All in all we prob saw them about 20 times throughout our stay. I'm told that isn't the norm, but we actually enjoyed seeing them... from a distance of course!Overall, if we decided to come back to the Smokey Mountains, we would definitely rent with Bear Tracts again!

Our party was 8 adults and 4 children. The kids stayed in the bunks downstairs in the game room. (Ages 6,6,5 & 3) and had a blast. Each adult couple had their own room with a king size bed and their own personal bathroom. And the ladies and children enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It was great! We done a Walmart pickup and set it for our arrival time and stopped by and brought groceries in with us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with and then some. Our next to the last day we had a visitor. A black mama bear and her two cubs. Momma bear wandered all around our property and rested against my car then went on to her babies across the parking lot. We all watched from balcony to balcony. It was cool to see up close. I recommend this stay for anyone. We were within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Forge.

Thank you Matt and April for sharing your beautiful home with my family! We were greeted in true mountain fashion by a family of friendly bears passing through the back area. My kiddos loved this! The cabin was beautiful and had all the necessary (and extra) items to feel right at home. I loved having my very own Alexa entertain us as we cooked together in the huge kitchen area! An issue with a missing griddle power cord was corrected almost immediately by a simple text message! Thanks for the quick response! The options for entertainment were vast with a great pinball machine with tons of games, a pool table, an air hockey table, and a huge theater room with cozy chairs. Only one issue......we had to leave and come home!!!! LOL!! Thank you again for a WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION!! Phoebe

Bears Gathering Review/Thoughts First let us begin by stating that the cabin “Bears Gathering” was a very nice cabin with plenty of parking and handled our group of nine family members: Giving us plenty of space. We must say though adding the bears and letting them come visit every day was thoughtful and entertaining!  The location was perfect for not having a clue where we were or what activities we planned to do.  With all this being said, we do have some suggestions and minor complaints. Arrival -  We arrived at 4 per the instructions. We unloaded the vehicles and went straight to the grocery store to get food for dinner.  We are a cooking family.   Once we got back and started looking for pans, utensils, etc.  Every dish, glass, pan pulled out of the cabinets was dirty.  I was shocked to see the kitchen items so 4th time yard sale finds.  The knives were extremely dull.  The baking sheets and pans and utensils were very disappointing.  There was ¼ bottle of hand soap at the kitchen sink.  Thankfully I pac

The Most Amazing Smoky Mountain Experience

The cabin was BEAUTIFUL and clean! When we had minor problems with the tv projector; someone came right out. I would definitely recommend Bear Tract and will be staying with them on my next visit!

Family Vacation in the Smoky Mountains
The cabin was all we had hoped for and more! Our family of 9 (6 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kiddos) enjoyed all of the home’s amenities and it’s proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. After long days of sightseeing, we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard around a nice fire or sitting in the hot tub. There was a nice sized theater room too, but the weather was too perfect to spend indoors. We all had fun trying our hand at a game of pool, and the dining table was spacious enough for all of us to sit together for dinner and/or play games. Highly recommend

Clean and spacious cabin in great proximity to the strip (~7 min drive). It’s in a small community of other cabins so little privacy, but that didn’t bother us. We loved having the fire pit and king beds in every room except the bunk room, and all with private baths.
