Ideal location for this Breton stone house and plaster completely renovated with environmentally friendly materials 2 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the peninsula.
Its closed garden exposed to the south and its spirit "hut of the islands", cordial and convivial, will make you spend an exotic stay.
Our cottage, located in the small village of Bodérin, you will discover by bike the castle Suscinio, beaches, Sarzeau and the Gulf of Morbihan.
Our accommodation includes:
on the ground floor:
- a south facing living room overlooking the garden, sitting area with sofa bed, dining area with kitchen
- a cabin room with 2 single bunk beds
- a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet
upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140, one mezzanine.
in our garden you will have furniture and barbecue

Banquet fishponds, the oyster trail, the Pointe de Penvins and its sailing school (catamaran, kite surfing, sand yachting ...), fishing on foot (clams, cockles, oysters ..), kite, horse riding, aqua aerobics pool in Surzur ...
The location of the cottage is ideal to visit Vannes and its ramparts, Quiberon, Carnac, Houat, Hoedic, Belle-Ile and the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan (Ile aux Moines, Arz ..)
Nearby shops are located at the Tour du Parc and Sarzeau accessible by bike.
