This is a newly renovated & roomy 5 bedroom, 4 full bath ranch, on a 1/2 acre with lots of privacy in the ready to entertain back yard. Plenty of room for activities, large island and outdoor dining spaces, fire pit & large back deck both with built-in benches, sleeps 28 in beds, all with memory foam mattresses, just off State Rd 31 & State Rd 32, 3 mi. to Grand Park, <10 mi. to 465 making this a perfect location for folks visiting Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers, Indy, Kokomo, Speedway, & Greenwood.

We live in Westfield with our 3 boys (Parker, Reid & Grant) and our overweight puggle named Jackson. We have lived in Westfield for 8 years and love this community. We both work in the real estate industry and when we found this property, we felt that it was the perfect location and perfect fit for an Airbnb! We designed the house specifically to meet the needs of our Airbnb guests and to accommodate large groups. We hope you love it as much as we do!
