The space
The luxury studio apartment, which can comfortably accommodate two people, is approx 35 square meters and consists of a bedroom with king size bed, kitchen, bathroom, closet and hallway with table and chairs. It is situated inside a large property with garden and swimming pool and it stands in a separate building behind the main villa. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, Wifi, bed linens and towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo, iron, ironing board, safe. The kitchen allows the preparation of breakfast and quick meals and is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven with grill function, refrigerator and freezer, American coffee machine, kettle. You will always find in the kitchen oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, a welcome minibar, coffee, tea, sugar. The guests have access to a large swimming pool (18x6 meters) located in the beautiful garden of the villa, with stunning views of the lake below. The pool area is equipped with comfortable chairs, sunbeds, tables, umbrellas, hot shower, Wifi and it is rarely shared only with the owners. Guests are provided with large pool towels and can also enjoy free use of two mountain bikes to explore the beautiful trails on the hill behind and can of course park their car inside the property.

Guest access
The property is located on the hill of Torri del Benaco, about 100 meters high above the lake and 3 km from the town center. It is necessary to have a car to get to the property.
