Stunning and Fully Turn Key 2bd/2bath Condo in PGA National Golf Course!
Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd floor open concept condo in Dunbar Woods of PGA National Golf Course and Spa. Beautiful view from all windows of gardens and croquet court. Turn-key! Large white kitchen with quartz, island with seating for four, dual door climate control wine cooler and all new stainless appliances. Kitchen fully stocked. Large master bedroom with walk in closet. Renovated bathrooms with new vanities, granite counters. Large flat screen tv's in bedrooms and 65" flat screen in living room. Wireless WiFi, basic cable and desk area with printer. Washer and dryer in unit laundry room. Too much to list. Well appointed with 650 thread count sheets and memory foam mattresses in both master and second bedroom. Master has king memory foam bed, walk in closet and queen memory foam bed in second bedroom. Condo could accommodate more for sleeping if needed, we can add a pullout or air mattress to allow for more guests. Enjoy the community pool which is a very short walk from condo, relaxation area and walk friendly community or visit the PGA National spa for all your relaxation needs or pampering. Also, PGA national is a guard gated community with easy access to several world class golf courses, resort & spa, top rated schools, turnpike, I-95, shops and dining on PGA Blvd, Gardens Mall, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and only a short drive to Palm Beach International Airport, and the area's BEST BEACHES!! PGA National is the host to the Honda Classic Golf Tournament! There is nothing you should need. Location is 15 minutes from everything you would desire!
