We had a wonderful stay at Villa Napius. It was exactly what we needed for a holiday catch up amongst friends. The kids loved the pool and the cinema room was fantastic. What was slightly disappointing was the beach was quite rough throughout our stay so was not ideal for our younger kids. Pizza from the local Wild Bar was fantastic and the chef service was amazing!

AMAZING PLACE

We had a great time at Villa Napius. Everything was just perfect. Direct access to the beach, house huge, clean and duly equipped, sunset view large patio, Teodosia who arranged two spectacular Sardinian dinners... anything else was needed... Daniela of ItalianStyleVillas did a great job too by steady support from the booking to the end of our stay.

We booked Villa Napius for a week in August for a three generation family holiday and had a great time. The villa is modern, spacious and very well maintained and equipped. Highlights for us were the pool area (which is set slightly away from the building) and dining on the outdoor terrace with spectacular sunsets. The children also enjoyed chilling in the cinema room. There is direct access to an almost empty beach which is very unusual for Sardinia. We had two days of waves which would have been difficult with very young children but ours (aged 7-10), vigilantly supervised, loved it. The sea was calm other days. A nice touch was the provision of good quality deckchairs and umbrellas for the beach. Villa Napius is very private but isolated with not a lot within walking distance so a car is essential.

Beautiful Villa with Great Amenities, Location & Views

We had 4-couples booked for the first week of September. Villa Napius is stunning! It's a bit hard to locate if you are not familiar with the area & some signage would help, but Waze got us there with only 1 or 2 minor wrong turns. We had booked a chef for our arrival dinner so we didn't have to shop on the way to the villa. I would highly recommend booking this chef; he was wonderful, as was the meal he & his wife prepared. The villa was everything we expected and more. The location, amenities and views were awesome. The beach is very close and the Badesi area is full of cafe's and restaurants. If your travels take you to the Badesi area, Villa Napius should be on your radar.

Der Urlaub in der Villa Napius war traumhaft. Durch die abgeschiedene Lage, sind am Strand nur wenige Leute anzutreffen. Die Sonnenuntergänge haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Ein Ort an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen kann.

Zu viel versprochen

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ist aber leider teilweise Sanierungsbedürftig. Wäsche wurde nicht Vertragsgemäss gewechselt. Uringeschmack im Schwimmbad. Bestelltes Kinderbett kostete 500 Euro mehr und wurde erst auf Intervention geliefert. Ansonsten guter Aufenthalt

Buonasera Peter e grazie per il suo feedback, ne faremo tesoro per il futuro, soprattutto per migliorare la comunicazione con il team presente in villa. Per fortuna tutto è sempre andato molto bene nel passato cone può con le tante recensioni da 5 stelle. Verificheremo cosa sia da rinnovare in ogni parte della casa. Purtroppo mi spiace evidenziare che il cattivo odore che ha percepito durante il soggiorno è stato dovuto ad un piccolo animale selvatico che è stato ritrovato morto in un punto nascosto e non ispezionabile accanto alla piscina. Speriamo di riaverla presto come ns ospite. Grazie

Wir hätten für immer bleiben können!

Dieses Haus mit allem Drumherum ist ein Traum. Einziger Nachteil: Wir haben zu wenig von Sardinien erkundet, weil der Platz auf der eigenen Terrasse, am eigenen Pool oder am "eigenen" Strand zu schön war, um wegzufahren. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Geräumigkeit - alles war erstklassig. Als besondere Überraschung erwartete uns der Kinoraum im Keller und versüßte uns sogar die Regenstunden! Absolute Empfehlung, dieser Ort ist wunderschön!!!

Top Urlaub mit Freunden in top Villa

Top Villa mit direktem Strand Zugang und einem wirklich tollen Pool. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa Napius mit toller Zeit am Strand , Pool und geselligen Abenden auf der Terrasse. Wunderschöne Lage, alles gut in Schuss! Das Haus ist effektiv für viele Gäste ausgelegt, Grosse Pfannen, genügend Stühle, zwei Kühlschränke etc.. Ebenso die Betreuung vor Ort bekommt Best-Noten von uns. Einzig die Zufahrtsstrasse gleich eher einem ausgetrockneten Bachbett und ist nur mit viel Geschick befahrbar. Grüsse aus der Schweiz Marc

Fantastisk villa

Hade en underbar vecka med mina syskon inkl våra familjer i denna rymliga härliga villa. Mycket fint poolområde med enormt vacker utsikt. Umgänges området där man med lätthet fick plats 14 runt bordet låg med vacker utsikt över havet. Köket var stort och roligt Grillen fungerade fint och köket var mycket välförsett med glas, tallrikar etc. Vi sov jättegott tack vare supersköna sängar. Enda som är lite tråkigt är att det är en bit att åka om man vill äta på bra restauranger och att den lilla stigen till stranden är jobbig att gå efter badet då det är uppför och ansträngande att gå i sanden om man inte är helt frisk i lederna..

Eine tolle, riesige Villa!

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Angaben auf der Plattform stimmen komplett! Wir verbrachten unsere Ferien mit 7 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen und genossen die Zeit sehr! Der Empfang ubd die Schlüsselübergabe war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit für Einkaufstipps und Restaurants! Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen!

relaxing stay in a beautiful house

the house was beautiful. the beach is very nice but a little difficult to get to in terms of walking in the rough sand- not great for older folks. we enjoyed pool. we cooked in every night- the kitchen is very well stocked. we took a day trip to Corsica which was lovely and also rented a boat for a day which was wonderful.
