Cette location permet de découvrir à pieds les différents quartiers d'Arcachon et ses plages. Le gite est petit et fonctionnel et adapté pour un couple ou un couple avec un jeune enfant. Maisonnette conforme Ă  l’annonce, 22m2 Ă©tant suffisant pour 2 personnes mais pour 4 cela risque d’ĂȘtre compliquĂ©. ExtĂ©rieur bien sympathique et quartier calme, location bien situĂ©e proche de tous les sites touristiques Ă  proximitĂ©. De mĂȘme, le gardien est trĂšs sympathique et disponible. Petit bĂ©mol, logement humide malgrĂ© nos efforts pour aĂ©rĂ©e et chauffer le logement, surtout dans la salle de bain ce qui a fait que nos serviettes de bain ne sĂ©chaient pas (odeur sĂ»rement du par un manque de chauffage, problĂšme de VMC, ou de la pĂ©riode humide durant notre sĂ©jour), il manque Ă©galement un petit rangement pour mettre la nourriture Ă  l’abris des petites fourmis que nous avons pu voir. Rien de rĂ©dhibitoire.

Petite villa trÚs bien située au calme. Par contre beaucoup à revoir pour le confort. Chambre trÚs exiguë et placard inutilisable, les portes s'ouvrent trÚs difficilement. Salle de bain minuscule avec une douche dans un état déplorable (tous les joints moisis). Dommage de laisser la villa dans cet état car l'emplacement est idéal pour 2 personnes maximum.

Le petit pavillon correspond Ă  l'annonce, Mais il est inadmissible d'avoir un passage libre entre le lit et les murs de 18 cm de part et d'autre avec d'un cotĂ© le radiateur rĂ©duisant le passage Ă  12cm et de plus la prĂ©sence dans la chambre de deux lits superposĂ©s encombrant l'espace de circulation et limitant le passage en pied du lit Ă  16cm . La douche petite mais fonctionnelle prĂ©sente des joints de carrelage d'aspect MOISIS/SALES devraient ĂȘtre refaits. Les portes de l'armoire dans la chambre sont impossibles Ă  faire coulisser nous obligeant Ă  les dĂ©monter pour utiliser le rangement. Heureusement l'accueil par le responsable est chaleureux . Pour l'Ă©quipement basique de la maisonnette rien de transcendant mais suffisant . Heureusement

Petit mais convival et fonctionnel BON RAPPORT qualité/prix

AprÚs avoir vu le commentaire des précédents locataires nous avions eu peur de voir un ratatouille en vue... Mais non, RAS. Petit quartier trÚs calme et sain. TrÚs bien accueilli par un grand gaillard Jean Paul que je tiens à remercier car il s'est bien adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée en fonction de nos aléas ( arrivée théorique 11h, arrivée réelle 19h00)... Petite maisonnette fonctionnelle (conforme au descriptif 22m2) donc n'envisager pas de rentrer dans un chùteau. Pour passer des nuits c'est parfait et au tarif abordable. Lieu propre. Il y a bien 2 ramassages de poubelle, attention c'est le dimanche et le mercredi soir (entre 20h et 23h), vous pouvez télécharger l'application COBAS. Le propriétaire M.DUMAS soucieux ( vu le commentaire assassin qu'il a reçu) nous a appelé pour savoir si tout était OK pour nous. Bref, petit logement sympa, à refaire.
