Stay in peace in this beautiful lodge surrounded by nature just 10 minutes from the sea and the Polygone Riviéra shopping center.
This haven of peace offers a kitchen, a bedroom with double bed 160X200, a bathroom, a living room with possibility of additional sleeping.
A private garden with swimming pool, garden furniture, BBQ, petanque and fitness (techno gym equipment)

IN OPTION:
We also have a Suite with air-condition not far from the Pavilion(20 m) with a private walkway and not overlooked with a terrace and garden salon.
One bedroom with a 160X200 double bed, a bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower and all the comforts that can accommodate two additional guest .

Wonderful!

We had the most wonderful stay in Michel’s lovely little house - especially the pool was a big hit with our two girls! Close to everything and great communication with Michel. Hope to return some day :)

Very welcoming host

Michel was very kind and eager to help us arrange transport in to Nice for a rugby match. The villa was well equipped and well placed to visit local villages - St. Paul de Vence was particularly beautiful.

L'hébergement avec piscine est vraiment idéal et bien pensé pour un séjour en famille, sans compter, le terrain de pétanque, la balançoire, la table de ping pong...qui ont comblé les enfants.Michel est, de plus, très à l'écoute de ses clients, et de bon conseil pour découvrir la région.Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis.La journée proposée en bateau, par Michel a été exceptionnelle, on en garde un merveilleux souvenir.Un Grand Merci pour tout.

Michel ist ein toller und sympathischer Gastgeber, der sich Zeit nimmt und zahlreiche wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen an der Côte d'Azur gibt. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war jederzeit unkompliziert, nett und freundlich.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal: Die Küste ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und Orte wie Nizza, Monaco, Antibes oder Cannes sind mit dem Auto schnell und bequem erreichbar.Ein echtes Highlight ist der wunderschöne Pool. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag an der Côte d'Azur war es herrlich, sich dort abzukühlen oder einfach entspannt zu relaxen.Der Pavillon selbst verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer sowie eine Schlafcouch. Für unsere Familie mit zwei Kindern (12 und 14 Jahre) war der Platz für eine Woche gerade ausreichend, auf längere Sicht wäre es jedoch etwas eng. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad befindet sich in einem separaten Gebäude und kann bei Bedarf zusätzlich dazu gebucht werden.Im Pavillon gibt es keinen Esstisch im Innenbereich. Bei schönem Wetter ist das überhaupt kein Problem, da man alle Mahlzeiten draussen einnehmen kann. An kühleren oder regnerischen Tagen könnte dies jedoch etwas unpraktisch sein.Die erwähnten Techno-Fitnessgeräte sind inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen und wurden von uns nicht genutzt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location. L’emplacement est idéal, calme et pratique pour découvrir la région. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine extérieure, parfaite pour se détendre et profiter du soleil.Le logement correspondait à nos attentes et nous nous y sommes sentis très bien.Seul petit bémol : la literie, un peu trop molle à notre goût, mériterait d’être remplacée pour un confort optimal.Dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Sejour parfait, tout y etait le cadre, les prestations, le calme. Super accueil de michel. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour dans le pavillon avec sa super piscine...Vue que le logement est situé sur les hauteur de cagnes nous avons vu pu avoir une vue dégagée...ce qui est plus...le logement est tres fonctionnel et tres bien décoré, coté zenitude..Encore merci à michel pour ce super accueil et ses bons conseils.

Très bon séjour chez Michel

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce joli coin de paradis. La proximité avec les commerces, le calme exaltant, ainsi que toutes les commodités ici que nous a offert cet endroit situé derrière la maison de notre hôte. La piscine privée est un vrai plus ainsi que la climatisation qui nous ont permis de dormir paisiblement. Nous étions avec notre bébé de 9 mois. Et tout était parfait pour séjourner avec lui et profiter du confort de la piscine. L'endroit offre un calme vraiment reposant. Michel nous a donné de très bon conseil pour aller à la mer, manger et se distraire. Tout était parfait et nous recommandons sans hésiter. Au plaisir de pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau.

Schöner Urlaub

Michel ist ein super netter Gastgeber, der viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen an der Côte D‘ Azure gibt. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit von der Küste entfernt. Nizza, Monaco, Antibes und Cannes sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist leider etwas abgewohnt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus und schöne Anlage

Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön angelegt und mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Die vermietende Familie war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend erhalten. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Eine Perle auf den Hügeln von Cagnes s mer

Ein perfekter Ort um von dort aus Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte und Strände zu starten und bei der Heimkehr im Garten oder am Pool zu relaxen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat super Tipps für Ausflüge. Das Haus sowie der Garten ist liebevoll eingerichtet und Topp in Ordnung. Für Familien mit 2 Kindern bis 11-12 Jahren wie bei uns absolut machbar... Wenn die Kinder größer sind, könnte es etwas klein werden. Ansonsten 100% zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Nettes kleines Gartenhaus in Gagnes sur Mer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Michel ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight war der Salzwasserpool, in dem hat die ganze Familie Abkühlung gefunden. Genau der richtige Badespass im südfranzösischen Sommer. Würden wir sofort wiederholen. Danke

Oase der Ruhe zwischen Nizza und Antibes

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in den Hügeln über Cagnes-sur-Mer im Dreieck zwischen Nizza, Antibes und Vence. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteter Bungalow mit ordentlich ausgestatteter Küche (Achtung: der Bungalow besteht nur aus Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche/Wohnraum mit Bettcouch, ein zweites Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einer zweiten Einheit unterhalb des Pools und muss extra gemietet werden). Traumhafter Aussenbereich. Wegen der Lage sehr ruhig, deshalb aber auch Auto erforderlich (Bäcker und Supermarkt an der Straße nach Colle-sur-Loup ca. 5 Min entfernt). Objekt befindet sich oberhalb des Hauses des Vermieters, der sehr gut deutsch spricht und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit ist. Absolut empfehlenswert! (Hinweis für die Anfahrt: keine Hausnummer, braunes Metalltor direkt nach der Nr. 52)

Mooi huis voor 2 personen

Het huisje is goed geschikt voor 2 personen, echter niet voor 4. Op de pictogrammen en de foto's staan 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. In werkelijkheid is dit er 1. In de beschrijving staat wel dat er een bedbank is. Dit schept de verwarring. De eigenaar is allervriendelijkst en kregen een warm welkom. De entourage van het huisje en de tuin is prettig.

tolle Außenanlage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Michels Pavillon. Die Außenanlage ist großartig: Sitzgelegenheiten, Gasgrill, Pool (nicht beheizt), Strandbett, Liegen, Schaukel, Boule-Platz, Tischtennisplatte, Sportgeräte. Michel ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Das Urlaubsgrundstück liegt oberhalb von Michels Wohnhaus, so dass man sich gegenseitig gar nicht wahrnimmt. Es gibt jedoch im Pavillon keinen Esstisch. Bei gutem Wetter kein Problem, da man dann jede Mahlzeit draußen einnehmen kann. Aber bei Kühle und Regen würde es unbequem werden.

Entspannter Erholungsurlaub

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Michels Unterkunft. Wir sind das erste mal unserer 8Monate alten Tochter verreist und konnten dort unsere Akkus aufladen. Bereits beim Check in ermöglichte uns Michel, dass wir uns entgegenkommen, da wir aus Italien anreisten. Er gab uns hierbei auch den guten Hinweis, dass die Strecke sehr staulastig sei, auch wenn Google das nicht anzeigt und er sollte Recht behalten. Er erklärte uns alles ganz genau und hatte noch zahlreiche Ideen und Tipps für uns. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Pool ist super schön und auch die Liegemöglichkeiten waren super bequem. Man konnte schön grillen und draußen die Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Es waren zwar einige Moskitos da, aber hierfür stehen zahlreiche Mückenkerzen und Räucherstäbchen bereit. Wir haben von dort zahlreiche Ausflüge Unternommen (Cannes, Antibes, Nizza, Monaco und noch weitere), zudem gibt es in nur 6 Minuten Entfernung ein sehr schönes Outdoor Einkaufscenter in dem man bei verregneten Tagen auch mal ein wenig bummeln gehen kann. Auch Sonntags. Alles in allem war es ein wundervoller Urlaub und auch wenn man mit mehreren anreist, hat man die Möglichkeit noch das untere Häuschen mit Schlaf und Badezimmer dazu zu buchen. Wir waren sehr glücklich hier eine Woche verbringen zu können und würden wieder kommen :-) vielen Dank 😊

Rundum perfekter Urlaub

Michel ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, war immer erreichbar und hat sehr gerne geholfen. Der Pavillon mit Pool entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Hier konnte man sich wunderbar erholen. Die Lage ist super und man kann von hier aus sehr viel in alle Richtungen unternehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein traumhaftes Häuschen mit sensationellem privaten Pool

Unser Aufenthalt hätte von Anfang bis Ende nicht besser sein können. Der äußerst sympathische Gastgeber spricht fließend Deutsch, was die Kommunikation deutlich vereinfacht. Er hat uns ein paar tolle Ausflugstipps in der näheren Umgebung gegeben ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Das Haus punktet vor allem durch den Pool und den wunderschönen Liegemöglichkeiten.
