Old farmhouse with fenced park for 8 people
Old farmhouse with fenced park located 200 meters from Lake Genos Loudenvielle and 800 meters from Balnea. The house consists of a large kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs 8 to 10 beds are distributed in 4 bedrooms (including 2 adjoining), a bathroom with tub and an independent WC.
Each bedroom has a double bed and two of them have an extra single bed.
In the fenced park you will have a small shed for storage (bikes, ...) and a hundred-year-old lime tree will shade your naps facing the mountains.
MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS RENTAL.
Sheets and towels not provided.
Possibility of having cleaning done on your departure for 30 euros for 3 nights and 50 euros beyond.
