Apartment type 2/3 quiet 60m2 with 20m2 terrace not overlooked with planter, automatic watering, electric awning that can completely cover the terrace, table, chairs, deckchairs, small electric barbecue.
Sleeps 4: a parents' bedroom, a small bedroom with 2 pull-out beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. Reversible air conditioning and electric shutters.

Belle vue sur la Méditerranée

Vacances de Toussaint en famille. Appartement très bien, literies confortables et belle terrasse. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres, mais pas trop gênant. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Traumhafter Blick, große Wohnunf

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Baby! Leider war der Pool kaputt... der Besitzer ist uns preislich entgegen gekommen und die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Das hieß für uns leider, dass wir immer mit dem Auto zum baden fahren mussten, da der Weg zum Strand doch recht steil und weit ist, gerade mit Kinderwagen. Dafür haben wir die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung genossen, die für französische Verhältnisse sehr gut ist!

Comme une résidence secondaire

Pour le moins, pas de wifi, pour le reste tout est au top. Quelques règles imposées pour les heures d'accès à la piscine et qui permettent une utilisation sans dérangement. Autres vacanciers très respectueux. Rien ne manque. Merci

Appartement charmant avec vue exceptionnelle. Tout est fonctionnel et la très grande terrasse offre une réelle pièce en plus. La distance qui sépare l'appartement du centre n'est pas grande mais il est vrai qu'avec un/des enfant(s) qui n'aiment pas marcher, il faut en tenir compte. Autrement, c'est un régal. Accueil adapté et parfait.

Vue magnifique

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé dans les hauteurs de Bandol. Les + : La procédure d'arrivée s'est parfaitement déroulée, personne très sympathique et de bons conseils. L'appartement était propre, tout équipé, les lits étaient faits, juste à poser les valises et à apprécier la vue... 2 chambres assez petites mais un très grand séjour/terrasse. La piscine de la résidence est juste à côté et superbe. Les - : peu d'espace de rangement, la plupart des placards sont plein. La côte est raide à remonter avec des jeunes enfants (mais le prix à payer pour avoir cette vue.. ) Pour résumé : nous y reviendrons avec plaisir, séjour très agréable et nous avons adoré Bandol !

Mi figue mi raisin

Trop loin du centre, des plages et des commerces pour faire les trajets à pied: De 30 à 45 minutes environ pour un bon marcheur. Quant à la flexibilité des heures d'arrivée et de départ elles servent au propriétaire pour ne pas perdre une seule nuit de location, le reste conforme à l'annonce.

Bestlage und phantastische Aussicht

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern. Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung fußläufig zur Stadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Anlage Katikias in der 1. Reihe und nur 50 m vom großen Gemeinschaftspool entfernt. Trotz Hauptsaison war alles sehr ruhig, auch am Pool waren nie zu viele Leute. Es gab immer einen freien Parkplatz direkt am Appartment. Die Terrasse ist groß und der 180-Grad-Blick aufs Meer ist phantastisch. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut und ganz leise. Es gab keine Moskitos auf der Terrasse oder in der Wohnung. Neuer großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Prima Kontakt zum freundlichen Verwalter, der hinsichtlich des Zeitpunktes der An-und Abreise völlig flexibel war. Negativ: Möbel, Bad, Küchenausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Das ein oder andere sollte erneuert werden (v.a. Töpfe, Kaffeemaschine, ziemlich wackeliger Esstisch im Wohnraum). Das Kinderzimmer war für 2 Teenager sehr klein und leider ohne Fenster. (Das Elternschlafzimmer hat zwar auch kein Fenster, das störte aber nicht, da es eine größere Schiebetür hat und direkt zum großen Wohnraum hin liegt.) Die positiven Dinge haben aber deutlich überwogen. Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub. Fazit: Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Appartement idéal pour une petite famille

Le séjour fut très agréable dans cet appartement propre, spacieux et tout équipé. La terrasse est au calme et offre une vue splendide. La piscine de la résidence est top pour les enfants comme les parents. Le seul petit inconvénient est que la plage et le centre sont accessibles à pied mais la côte est assez raide ce qui rend le trajet compliqué avec les enfants. Sinon tout est à 5 min en voiture donc peu contraignant même en période estivale. Séjour très satisfaisant a recommander pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants

Appartement tout confort, très bien équipé et joliment décoré avec une splendide terrasse fleurie avec vue sur la mer. La piscine de la résidence est très grande et parfaitement entretenue. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied. La personne qui gère l'arrivée et le départ est accueillante et de bons conseils. Le séjour a été parfait.
