Great location. House itself was great. It does need a little TLC, lights were out and need replacing, water pressure is off. We requested a Chef and his name is Nicholas and was absolutely amazing. Did have difficulty initially as no one was there to great us and we had to wing it a little. Ester thought we had not paid for 8 guests but I double checked and we had indeed paid for all 8 guests. I will definitely use this property in the future but will ask Ester to fix the issues before residing there again. But once fixed this is a huge gem in Nairobi.

About the host
Hosted by Esther Wanjiku Munene
I am an outgoing person given the right situation. I watched my mother host guests at our home so many times growing up that it grew on me eventually. I love making guests feel comfortable in our home and even more so showcasing the exciting stuff our city has to offer. I grew up around a lot of family and friends at our home and for the most part, those are the best memories of my life so far. I hope i can share the same with every guest that comes my way.
Why they chose this property
The home is 41 years old and was built with large spaces to accommodate large groups of people inside and outside the house. Each and every room was masterfully designed to different specifications and to suit a different need. Guests will find this large space breathtakingly beautiful, yet quiet and serene.
What makes this property unique
The home is one of a few that are all en-suite and with an additional two & a half baths, guaranteeing guests utmost privacy while they stay with us. The large outdoor gardens as well as the home itself are surrounded by a stone perimeter fence, with electric wire ensuring that there are no security breaches, and still privacy for the guests to enjoy their outdoor activities. There is also a dedicated staff waiting on hand to make their stay even more comfortable, as well as myself as the host to cater to all queries.
