VILLAS ALTAS MISMALOYA is a small condominium project with just seven units located above the Bay of Mismaloya which is located at the famous private land development of Lomas De Mismaloya overlooking the original set of the movie “Night Of The Iguana” that made Vallarta famous, just 20 minutes from downtown, with fantastic views of the ocean and the ongoing coastline. As you may know, the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.
Condominium B1, one level with over 1,725 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bathroom, ceiling fan, closet, and a/c, view of the tropical garden and bay.
