Very clean and quiet - Ross is great to work with and very helpful. Great for an extended stay!
We had a slab leak that required us to to move out of our house for almost two months. We were very fortunate to find the Fig Perch and it was a perfect home away from home. Our dog loved the back yard and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and updated, appliances are great. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I highly recommend this place for short term or extended stays!

Great property with a lot of unadvertised benefits
Great property with a lot of unadvertised benefits. The frontyard and back both had Fig Trees which were ripening while we were in the house. Avocado's look like they're on their way as were beautiful citrus. Having stayed in another location not too far, I was also smitten by seeing the stars. The home is far enough away from light pollution but close enough to the 5/405 to get where you need to. Tech was easy, between internet and tv, all important things to us. Highly recommend.
A very pleasant well appointed 4 bedroom house, with comfortable beds, very clean, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is pleasant but a little run down, and the inside of the house is somewhat noisy, you can hear what’s happening easily all over the house. Overall, very pleasant, and we would stay here again.

perfect place to quickly move the family
This home is a perfect place to quickly move the family in the unfortunate situation of water damage (which is so common in the Moulton Niguel water district area). It's well appointed and a great space and conveniently located. You'll love the fresh oranges and herbs in the back yard!

Really enjoyed our long stay here
Ross’s place was great! It was very clean and there was more than enough room for my family of 4. The backyard is large and has a nice seating area. Ross was always available and easy to contact. I really enjoyed my long stay and would definitely stay again.

Great for a Long Term Rental
This house is perfect for a long term rental. It has a large yard -- perfect for dogs --- with a large variety of fruit trees. The house is equipped with the main essentials as well. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and is close to many convenient stores. Ross is also very friendly, easy to talk to, and ready to accommodate your needs.

Feel at home!
Ross & Dana are very kind and gave us detail instructions for everything we need. And quick response to us. We have spent 1 month here and feel at home. All necessary shops are very close and easy to go.The home facilities are well prepared we can easily start.Thanks again to Ross and we hope to come back again in the future.
