Great location!

This is a great location, a short easy walk to the beach and to the restaurant and tennis/pickleball courts on the property! Very easy check in/out process and the unit was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. My husband and I stayed with our two young daughters and it was enough space.

Pros: Location close to the pool, shopping, and beach, and on the first floorCons: couch and mattress very uncomfortable and the tv in the room was super tiny and did not have netflix only the one in the living room. I think the cleaning could’ve been better as I noticed a stain on the sheet and the bathroom needed a better wipe down especially the cabinets. Overall it was not bad for 2 day weekend but I wouldn’t recommended longer than that.

Wonderful stay!!

This condo was beautiful and well maintained. It was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home! The location is great, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach! It was also nice to have 2 beach chairs ready for our use each day. Only bad thing was the Wi-Fi wasn’t working so phone service was sometimes spotty inside. Otherwise a fantastic rental, would absolutely recommend to others and will definitely be back myself!

Great place, steps from the beach!

Unit is right near the front of the property on the first floor which was great. Modern look and feel and the outdoor space was nice with a view of the entrance and beach restaurant across the street. One of the pools was steps from the unit and the others were within a short walking distance. The bed was comfortable as was the futon with plenty of bedding and pillows. The tiled shower and the overall aesthetic in the bathroom were great. The selection of utensils and other items available in the kitchen was perfect for my use and definitely appreciated when cooking for my son and I. Any questions I had were answered by the owner in a timely manner and I’d stay in the unit again.

Nice Condo

Free beach service was a plus to have. Beautifully decorated and comfortable couch. Bed sunk in the middle Nice location in the complex and close to beach. Cable company never showed up to fix the cable tv. Shower should have been cleaned better. Blinds in living room were terribly dusty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Girl's Trip

We loved our stay at Sandpiper Cove! The walk to the beach is about a 1-minute walk. Beach services were excellent, which were included with our stay. My advice is that if you want a specific location on the beach for your chairs to be set up, you need to call them in advance. There's a bar that has drinks and restrooms on the beach as well. The hot tub and pools were great. There is no washer and dryer in the condo, but there are laundry facilities available just across the parking lot. The only issues we had were that they had a water main to burst and we were out of water for the afternoon and evening, but they worked into the night to get it fixed. Also, we had what looked like beard hair in the shower, and our extra blanket appeared to have mud on it. Guest services were very prompt in taking care of our issues. Otherwise, the condo smelled very clean and was decorated very "beachy" and cute.

Overall a good stay!

Clean & close to the front gate! This condo is a bit small but perfect for 1-2 people, anymore than that it would be over crowded and no room for luggage. Only negative thing I didn't like was that the back door wouldn't lock & I also couldn't get the front storm door to lock.

The unit was small as expected, it was decorated very nicely, however, with the limited space would be more practical to have less decorations and more blank space. It would have been very helpful to have hooks on the walls. The bedroom lamp does not work, however the night lights in other rooms were adequate. The skillets were in very bad shape, even after washing them myself they were still not something I could use. We liked the location as it was very close to the beach. We enjoyed having the umbrella & chairs w/o the hassle of taking our own.

The apt was not clean. The sofa bed had springs sticking out so we slept on floor. The table got red sticky varnish on my mother’s clothes which would not. One off. It also got on her arms. The pillows smelled. We couldn’t use them. Smelled like body odor. This place isnt big enough for four people much less two. The outside was beautiful but we had to stay with my sister. I feel like I was cheated. Nothing was convenient. I would not stay again. Upon arrival. The man gave me a code and sent me across the street to an apt that wasn t even mine. Had to call emergency to get a code to get in. I reviewed all my emails and never received that information. I feel like I deserve some refund. What a disappointment.

Best by far to stay at!!! Condo was clean and well organized. The only problem we had was parking at times. It may help if the parking spaces were numbered with condo number, that way visitors of vacationers would understand those are designated spots. Overall, beautiful place and we will visit and stay there again.

Disappointing Stay

Our unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors had not been washed and the unit smelled musty. We found clothes and under garments hanging from the door knobs from the previous renters. The lighting was poor and the furniture and decor was old and dark. One of the legs on a chair in the living room is broken and the kitchen table chair seats were stained. The bathroom toilet was new and the countertops looked new but the sink and tub were old, stained & scratched badly. I would not recommend this unit. After check out we stuck around the pool with clear view of the unit and witnessed the cleaning team come to clean and they were in and out in 16 minutes! Yuck! On top of that I did not find the VRBO contact person very responsive. Don't chance it! You will not be happy!!!
