Private Hot Tub - Right next to the Mountain

Large 1600 square foot apartment in gorgeous private home in prestigious neighborhood. Home sits directly against the mountain with hiking trails into the Lone Peak Wilderness area one minute away. Only 16 miles to Snowbird, with Alta just a couple miles farther up the road and 23 miles to Solitude. Park City Resort and the Sundance Film Festival is less than 40 miles away.

This apartment takes up the entire basement of my large home in Draper. There is a private entrance from the outside and a door that separates it from the rest of the home. The home is directly against the mountain with a trailhead accessing the Lone Peak Wilderness Area less than a 2 minute walk from the front door.

I will be gone from the end of December to the first week in March. You will have the property to yourselves with complete privacy. However, the clearing of snow will be your responsibility. I have snow shovels and a large snowblower available to make the job easier.

The apartment has its own private patio that includes a large hot tub (heated to 102 year-round), barbecue and patio table, all of it directly against the mountain. A private parking space is adjacent to the rental. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a tournament size 9' pool table, a 65" 4k TV in the living room and a 40" 4k TV in each bedroom. All TV's have Amazon Video and DVD players. There is also a collection of about 200 DVD's. The kitchen is complete with large fridge, with water and icemaker. The bedrooms have Egyptian cotton 1,000 thread count sheets, with robes.

There is also a second patio with a great view of the valley, perfect for watching the sunset. This patio can be used anytime I don't have guests myself (which is not very often).

The apartment is equipped with an Echo+ to set the wifi thermostat to whatever level of comfort you would like. The Echo+ will also play just about any music you'd like, as simply as asking for it.

Each bedroom has one queen bed, however, there is also an inflatable mattress with bedding available upon request. When requested this will be set up in the living room. When using this mattress, the occupancy is still limited to 4.

You'll always have use of the complete apartment, with your own entry, private hot tub and parking space. The amount of recent snowfall and weather will determine whether bbq and additional patios are available to use. All of the space listed is available to use when there is not excessive snow or cold temperatures.

There are no laundry facilities included in the space, but you'll have access to laundry at the top of the stairs.

Not more than 4 guests, besides those that are booked at any one time and must be gone by 11pm.
