Cozy, comfortable carriage apartment 5 miles from Petoskey. This second-story 864 sq ft carriage apartment has a full kitchen including side-by-side refrigerator, gas stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker or 10-cup coffee maker, and toaster; two bedrooms, one king & one queen, two full bathrooms with heated floors, washer & dryer, and HD Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Hulu included.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, drinking glasses & coffee mugs, silverware, pots, pans, a small crockpot, baking pans and dishes, and paper products. Complimentary bottled water, K-pods, drip coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, and creamer are provided.
Sleeps 4 easily; A twin air mattress is also supplied, to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
Free WiFi Hi-speed internet, air conditioning, electric heat, and pellet stove for cozy, supplemental winter heat. Private access and decks, warming / dry room for winter enthusiasts.
A propane grill is located on the upper deck, a small fire pit with chairs is located on the lawn, and a ground-level deck has a patio table and four chairs.

We enjoy spending time with family & friends, gardening, walking along local trails, visiting local restaurants, lakes and beaches, and exploring new venues. We feel blessed to live in an area that offers so much to year-round residents, as well as visitors to Petoskey.
Why they chose this property
We have lived on our property since 1986, and built both our home and the VRBO rental property. We enjoy our community as well as the surrounding communities, and all they have to offer. After our son and daughter-in-law built their own beautiful home and moved out of the apartment, we wanted to share our rental with others who enjoy beautiful Northern Michigan and everything it has to offer!
