Beautiful house- short walk to the beach and to the downtown area. We did have some issues with the AC unfortunately but management was very responsive and made adjustments quickly so that we were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great Location and Beautiful Property!

This house is perfect for a family vacation! We loved the enclosed porch and the media room for family movie night. The home was clean and comfortable. Location wise, it is walking distance from the beach and numerous restaurants, and just a short drive from Savannah. Highly recommend =)

Great house!

Great house for adults and kids. The TV room was a hit for the kids. The adults enjoyed the screened porches and the spacious kitchen/dining room/living room. A very short walk across the street to the beach. Perfect house to hang out and just have fun.

Wonderful Home!

From the cozy atmosphere, to the wrap around porch (that hammock is FABULOUS), to the library shelves that provided an amazing read, to the claw foot tub, this home is everything you need on vacation. There are multiple beach access points nearby and wonderful restaurants a short walk or golf cart ride away. It was also a wonderful location to take a stroll with our pup. This home was a wonderful choice for our family of 7. We will be back!!!

Girls trip dream house!

We went with a group of 10 girls for my sisters bachelorette party and this was the perfect space! Plenty of places to sleep and bathrooms to get ready. Lots of lounge areas downstairs and on the stunning wrap around patio! The kitchen was fully stocked so we could make meals at the house as well. Just a short walk from the beach and many cute restaurants and bars. Savannah just a short Uber away to enjoy more bars, activities and spooky ghost tours! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to any large groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing get away!

Best Weekend Retreat

We rented the house for a girls weekend and the house is simply amazing. Plenty of room and with most of the bedrooms downstairs you can still socialize if some want to go to bed early. The wrap around porch is the best. I will say do not try to pull a large suv in the front drive. Go around to the back and park.

Simply in LOVE!!

My family and I have had the privilege of being able to travel many places, and we always joke how fun it would be to live in that place we are visiting. This time it was for real! We simply fell in love with the town, the home, the beach, and the level of relaxation. The home was amazing. Perfect for our family, and had everything that we needed. The decor was so cute, and the trees and seclusion of the property was just perfect. Everything was just absolutely perfect.

Wonderful Location

This was a beautiful home with a wonderful location to the inlet and the beach. There were eleven of my immediate family, ranging in ages from 68 to 8 months. We had more than enough room for time together and time for ourself. It was a short walk to either the inlet beach or the ocean. We spent every evening swimming and watching the sunsets on the inlet beach. It was less crowded than the other beach and very calm which the younger children enjoyed. We loved our time at Wave Call and plan on returning in a couple of years.

Wave Call Is The Right Call

Wow. What a beautiful beach house! The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything we needed. Our late check-in went smoothly and we were welcomed with lights on and temperature adjusted. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pan/utensils. Each bathroom had plenty of towels/soaps and nice amenities. We especially loved the discovery of BIKES which we enjoyed during our visit. The outside wrap around balcony (screened in) was heavenly and the hammock quickly became a favorite “chill” spot. The kitchen ,master bedroom and living room are on the 3rd floor but the elevator made everything easy to move/carry. As a decorator, I really appreciated all the attention to detail and the well-thought out interior design. Wave Call is absolutely beautiful and for our family Spring Break 2020...the Right Call.

Perfect property for girls weekend

There were five of us who were having a fun girls getaway weekend and Wave Call checked all of our boxes and more. Very spacious, numerous bathrooms, comfortable beds, and we especially loved the outdoor veranda on the top floor (a couple of us fell asleep outside before moving into our bedrooms). We have already talked about going back!

Beautiful Home

We rented this home to accommodate 2 families with older “kids”(24-28) plenty of room to spread out. We had big dinners every night with friends that dropped in and there was plenty of room. Loved being so close to the beach and “downtown” Tybee! Beautiful home! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Tybee home

This home was perfect for us. We have a larger family, and every detail this house is amazing. The kitchen was great for cooking, and it had plenty of storage for food items we brought down. The screened in porch was our favorite feature. We did karaoke night, and puzzles. The large table was great for dinners. Added bonus was bicycles. We had an incredible time and very much love this house

Wave Call

The house was beautiful—so tastefully decorated and spacious. We absolutely loved the house. Unfortunately the listing stated that one room said it had a queen and two twins so we were planning on putting three kids together in that room and had to reorganize everyone’s sleeping situation to accommodate. The adirondacks were broken by the fire pit and need to be replaced, the bedroom off the front of the house had a broken pin that made it impossible to fully close the door and the keys to the property were nearly unusable they barely fit. We had to lock from inside and go out bottom floor. Aside from those things we were very happy wirh this home. It was close to the inlet and the outside porch areas were wonderful.

This home is one of the most popular vacation rentals on Tybee, and the owners did an excellent job outfitting the home so that it is inviting to guests. We apologize for the confusion on the listing description. The listing reads that two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one of the bedrooms has two twin beds. However, there was not a picture of the bedroom with two twin beds. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We added the bedroom with two twin beds to help clear up the confusion. The bedroom door does lock, but it is quirky, and the door must be pushed in completely for the lock to engage. We have added a sign to the door so that future guests are aware of giving the door an extra nudge to engage the lock. Being on an island, the salt in the air can sometimes make entry door locks stick, and keys sometimes require a little more work to open the door. The salt in the air also has an impact on outdoor furniture, and we agree that it was time to replace the outdoor chairs by the fire pit. We are looking for replacements and plan to find a chair made out of a more durable material. Next time you stay with Oceanfront Cottage Rentals, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or maintenance issues, and we can fix any problems you have right away!
