Garden level of 55 m2 in renovated villa, located in a quiet location 10 minutes walk from the beaches, coves and port Santa Lucia.
This beautiful haven of peace will offer you the opportunity to spend a pleasant stay and will seduce you with its interior and exterior qualities. Pool of 10 x 5 m equipped with a beach of 3 m x 2 m on the width to enjoy the sun while basking in the water.
You will also have a beautiful veranda, a barbecue and a parking space.

Very nice holiday in a lovely area. Close to amenities and lots to do. The property was clean and comfortable, with all amenities within. Had a lovely stay with our dog, would recommend.

Cute, comfortable and relaxing.

Cathy and Raymond are excellent and welcoming hosts. The house is very clean and comfortable and located in a quiet serine area. It is also just minutes away the harbor, shops and restaurants. The beautiful yard and pool were very relaxing. Yes, we recommend this property.

A little paradise in South of France

Lovely location

Cathy and Raymond are excellent hosts. The property is attached to their home but there is plenty of privacy, whilst still knowing g they are available if needed. Highly, recommend. Pool was superb in such a hot place

Exceeded our expectations

Cathy and Raymond were excellent hosts. We didn't know they were there and we had total privacy. We had exclusive use of the pool which we did not expect. The apartment was clean, fresh and comfortable. Location was walkable to the harbour and the main strip is a short drive away. We felt like we paid the price of an apartment for a full villa experience. Incredible value!

Vom Strand ist die Ferienwohnung zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Leider mit etwas bergauf. Bei Hitze etwas anstrengend.Der Pool war traumhaft und eine echte Erfrischung.Die Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben, sauber toll eingerichtet und geschmackvoll.Das Wasser beim waschen roch leider etwas muffig, was mit Sicherheit an der Hitze und der Lage des Hauses lag.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der schönen Unterkunft. Besonders den großzügigen Pool und den geschmackvoll angelegten Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nur wenige Fußminuten vom Hafen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Eigentümer sind überaus freundliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber, die jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung standen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit!

We hebben hier een geweldige week beleefd. De tuin is prachtig… zwembad fantastisch. In de buurt is vanalles te beleven en het haventje is op 10 min wandelen. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Unsere Woche in der Ferienwohnung war sehr entspannt, erholsam und super angenehm. Die Gastgeberfamilie im oberen Bereich bemerkt man fast gar nicht. Das Haus liegt super ruhig. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und einfach wundervoll.

Top verblijf op een toplocatie

De villa is nabij Port Lucia , de nieuwe haven waar je vele resto's en winkels vindt op wandelafstand. Wandelen en fietsen ( te huur in Agay ) doe je in de Esterel , prachtig !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung für 2 Personen (plus Hund) in ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber und alles funktionell für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mehrere Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Vermieter halten sich sehr dezent im Hintergrund und vermitteln somit das Gefühl, man hätte das Objekt für sich alleine. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals an Cathy und Raymond, für den tollen und entspannten Urlaub in eurem wundervollen Haus. Unser kleiner Theo hat sich genauso wohl gefühlt wie wir :-)

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à Saint-Raphaël. L'hôtesse était très gentille et serviable. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et était extrêmement propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le petit boulodrome. Tout simplement parfait !

Traumhafter Platz zum Ausruhen

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool in perfekter ruhiger Lage nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zum kleinen Hafen mit Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäft und Fischgeschäft. Ausgangslage für viele Erkundungen entlang der Küste optimal. Rundum sehr schön mit äußerst freundlichen Gastgebern !

Tolle Fewo mit eigenen Pool

Die Fewo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, direkt darüber wohnen die sehr netten und freundlichen Hausbesitzer einschließlich Katze. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Schlafzimmertür, welches sofort von den beiden behoben wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist der Wintergarten, der sozusagen die Terrasse ersetzt. Die Highligths des Hauses sind der Pool und wunderschöne Garten, ein Parkplatz befindet direkt vor dem Haus. Bäcker und ein Spar-Markt befinden sich fußläufig ca. 10 -15 Minuten entfernt im Hafenbereich. Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, dadurch konnte sich unser Hund frei bewegen. Allerdings ist doch mit freilaufenden Katzen zu rechnen... Leider war in der Nähe kein schöner Hundestrand. Der Strand an dem Hunde erlaubt sind, ist sehr klein und aus groben Kieselsteinen.

Schöne Gartenwohnung in Saint-Raphaël

Wir haben 6 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir durften unseren Hund mitbringen, der grosse Freude am wunderbaren Garten hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hafen und sonst sehr zentral. Super Lage mit schönen Buchten. Ein kleines Detail ist jedoch zu beachten: Die Gastgeber wohnen oberhalb der Wohnung. Sie sind sehr freundlich und diskret, aber es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass man nicht allein in der Villa ist. Hätten wir gewusst, dass wir nicht allein sind, hätten wir die Villa eventuell nicht gebucht.

Sehr schöne, ruhige und Hundefreundlche Unterkunft!

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und Hundetolerant. Die Kommunikation ist in deutscher , französischer und englischer Sprache möglich. Es war für uns eine sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft und hat unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen!
