WINTER: Ski resorts in every direction!! Grab your skis and walk across the street to the free ski shuttles with several buses servicing Summit County. This condo is centrally located for access to multiple ski resorts/multiple passes. **Keystone Resort 7 miles, Breckenridge 16 miles, Arapahoe Basin 11 miles, Copper Mountain 13 miles. After a long day of skiing come home to a fireplace and all the necessary amenities for a delicious meal at the large family sized dining table.

SUMMER: Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck as you take in the mountain views. Steps to Lake Dillon with its countless summer activities (pontoon boats, paddle boarding, and kayak rentals, boat taxi to Frisco, fishing and more). This condo is five- star!

We came for a concert on Lake Dillon and this condo was two blocks away from the lake and pavilion. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed and more! Beautiful and comfy furnishings with an incredible view of the mountains from the deck. We will definitely be back.

The place was great; but the picture on Expedia showed a lake front view which it did not have. It had a view of a parking lot. Still nice view of mountains in background. Not sure if that’s the hosts fault. Ez access to amphitheater, coffee, and a bar/rest or two. I wish they would set the timer to a little earlier than 3 if the unit is empty. Getting there at 2:45 and waiting around for 15 minutes kind of annoying.

Our whole stay here was wonderful. Rental was beautiful and clean and worked great for our family. Close to town and lake and beautiful views. Host was extremely helpful, we had some weather roll in and host was very responsive during changing plans.

This was the best spot we have stayed in Dillon. We go up every year for our annual trip, and we loved this spot. The owner was super responsive, flexible, and made our stay wonderful! Will be staying here everytime we come up to Dillon in the future!
