Excellent accommodation which really suited our needs (4 guests). Everything we needed was provided for. Easy access to the town centre and local restaurants and supermarkets. Driving to Annecy and local tourist spots was easy. The views from the chalet made the alpine setting (no doubt even better in winter time). Our hosts met us at the property and explained everything to us. Would certainly recommend to family and friends. Thanks go to Jacqueline and Marc for such a welcoming property.

The owners are very friendly. Location is not so bad, but approx 30 min. by car to the slopes. No restaurant in walking distance. Would stay once again even if chalet has some disadvantages.

The chalet is full of character and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s really close to many lovely villages that were great to stroll around and enjoy the markets. It was also close to Lake Annecy making it easily doable for a day trip. The hot tub was a great addition and a timetable was provided which was really helpful as we knew exactly when we could use it alongside the other two chalets. We stayed a week so it would have been useful to have a few more towels, however there is a washing machine that you can use. It was slightly strange to have the winter decorations up during the peak of the summer heat… many fur rugs and Christmas decorations - however that made us want to come back for the ski season! Thank you for a lovely stay and enabling us to create wonderful family memories.

Le chalet Marlyne de Jacqueline et Marc est totalement exempt de tout reproche. Il est spacieux, très bien équipé, lumineux, calme et accessible facilement depuis Thônes.Ns avons bien profité du spa, de la terrasse et autre espace tout aussi agréable.Ns souhaiterions y revenir dès que possible pratiquer le cyclisme et affronter à nouveau tous les cols mythiques.A recommander sans faute.Merci beaucoup.

In unserer Beschreibung ist eindeutig vermerkt : "135 m² große Unterkunft , die geschmackvoll auf 2 Ebenen in einem ehemaligen, für die Region typischen Bauernhof eingerichtet wurde, der vollständig restauriert wurde und 2 weitere Unterkünfte umfasst. Die 3 Unterkünfte sind völlig unabhängig." Wir sind daher überrascht über Ihre Bemerkung bezüglich der Anwesenheit von Urlaubern in der benachbarten Ferienwohnung... Was den Straßenlärm angeht, muss man schon ein besonders gutes Gehör haben, um ihn deutlich zu hören, und ihr seid die Einzigen, die uns das in den letzten 10 Jahren, seit wir vermieten, gemeldet haben! Es ist schade, dass Sie nur zwei negative Punkte anführen, obwohl Sie uns beim Verlassen unserer Ferienwohnung Ihre volle Zufriedenheit mit Ihrem Aufenthalt zum Ausdruck gebracht haben.

Endroit calme

C'est dommage qu'il faut prendre la voiture pour accéder aux stations de skis, les navettes skis bus ne fonctionnent qu'à partir de Saint Jean de Sixt et les stations de skis de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand, autrement l'endroit est très bien et chouette.Les propriétaires sont très serviables, le chalet est super bien équipé et il y a beaucoup de documentation pour faire des randonnées, visites de sites, etc...Je recommande cette location.

Trés beau chalet…

Très beau chalet, spacieux, propre, agréable et très bien situé près d’Annecy, La Clusaz, Grand Bornan…. Jacqueline et Marc sont très accueillants et sont soucieux de tous les détails pouvant rendre votre séjour agréable.

Super séjour en famille dans un cadre chaleureux, typique et spacieux. Belle région entre montagnes et lac avec multiples possibilités de choses à découvrir et faire. Petite remarque...le fait qu'il y a 3 gites en 1 lieu n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce.

Pour répondre à votre remarque, le fait qu'il y ait 3 gîtes est bien précisé dans notre annonce puisqu'il est dit : "dans une ancienne ferme rénovée comprenant 2 autres gîtes. Les 3 logements étant complétement indépendants." Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez passé un très bon séjour malgré cela.

Ein Traum von Erholung

Alles war einfach wundervoll. Das Haus genau wie beschrieben, die Lage für Ausflüge optimal. Sehr schöne Einrichtung mit wirklich allem, was man braucht, sehr bequeme Betten, sehr sauber und ganz liebe und nette Vermieter. Ein schöner Garten mit einem fantastischen Jacuzzi und Blick in die Berge. Die ganze Familie war begeistert und konnte die Woche in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir können das Chalet einfach nur weiter empfehlen. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Vielen Dank nochmals!!!

Dans l’authenticité Savoyarde

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et réactivité des propriétaires à chacune de nos demandes. Très grand chalet divisé en trois logements. Nous avions réservé lplus grand (chalet Maryline) avec terrasse plein sud et une vue magnifique. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût au style Savoyard. On s’y sent comme dans un cocon. Plein de chose à visiter au alentour. Nous y reviendrons. Encore un grand merci à Jacqueline et Marc pour leur gentillesse.

Sommerferien 2022

Herzlicher Empfang mit vielen Informationen zum Haus und zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Dank des schönen Wetters haben wir uns vor allem draussen (Terrasse, Garten) aufgehalten und haben das grosse, gut eingerichtete Haus nur zum Schlafen und Kochen genutzt. Viele grössere und kleinere Wanderungen in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
