Wonderful place

Great place to stay, parking access from the beach was great convenience ( paddle boards, beach chairs and all the of beach equipment was left in the cars for nights,no need to carry upstairs). Apartment very clean, well maintained, balcony view gorgeous. Great place to stay!

Would definitely come back!

This was a great condo for our family of 5! It was spacious and clean and we had plenty of towels. The pans in the kitchen were great - I actually may end up getting a pan like the blue non stick for myself! :) The owner was communicative and you had access to all of the information you needed. We really didn’t have many questions. And whether you prefer brewed coffee or a k-cup, you’re covered either way! We would definitely come back!

Great Beach Condo

This condo is great for a handful of friends! High up and wrap around porch meant great views and breeze! The beds are a little hard and lacking the cushiony softness we all preferred, but aside from that, the place is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

One of our best stays in PCB!

Sunrise Beach 2401 was perfect in every way, and it helped us have one of the best trips in decades of coming to the beach. The condo is spacious, very well appointed, and the wraparound balcony is to die for. Warren Beach Rentals couldn't have been more helpful and informative during each part of our trip - from booking through to departure. We will definitely be back, and it will be soon!!

Check in was supposed to be at 4, our room was still being cleaned at 5:30. Once we finally got in our room it was nasty! Sand all over the floors, sand in the beds, old food under the couch, dirty dishes, mold in shower, blankets were dirty. Worse place we have ever rented. We will never be back again.I don’t have pics of sand in beds. I made several calls to the owners to make complaints

Perfect condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was so spacious. We had 10 of us and we all had to room to stretch and have our own space. The master bedroom was my favorite ;) They had all the kitchen supplies you needed if you would want to cook at night or two. Before we even go to the condo we had some issues with our payment and Warren Beach Rental was super accommodating and understanding. We will definitely be using this company for years to come!

Wasn't bad, but wasn't good

Had issues with both Sunrise Beach Resort and Warren Beach Rentals over the issue of parking passes and the lady at Sunrise was rude about it. Had to find a security guard over the issue of how to check in, he was very kind and helpful explaining the process to us. Room was good and clean, internet worked very well, room was a bit noisy at night because of the AC or furnace unit at night. Beach was great, pool on level 5 was enjoyable by our younger group. I have stayed in better units in Panama City Beach for less money, probably won't be staying at that location again.

Beautiful ocean views

My husband an I plus 2 adult family members brought my son and four of his closest friends to celebrate his 13th birthday. We all had a wonderful time. There was more than enough space for everyone. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. If we had any issues we contacted Jennifer and she was very helpful. Cons: The kids noticed their sheets and pillows had yellow stains. We discovered this late into the 2nd evening(they didn't pull the blanket back the first night) I'm sure if I reached out to Jennifer about this issue she would have had it handled. We worked around it. All in all this condo was great for our needs. The views are wonderful (you can see front beach road, and the beach from different angles). We would most definitely booked again. Thanks again!

Not very clean or stocked

Pros • the space is great for 2 families, the view was beautiful, right on the beach so going to the beach was a breeze, elevators in the condo are fast, pool was nice. Cons • The condo was not very clean upon arrival. Dirty counters, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, moldy food left in bedrooms, things in the trash… had to do a quick clean ourselves, as we had just gotten in from a 14 hr drive and couldn’t hardly put the whole family back out while we waited for a cleaning crew again, no extra sheets or blankets, broken tiles in kitchen that will pinch feet (a rug was thrown in the kitchen to cover it I guess but it doesn’t stay put). While the trip was nice, unfortunately we won’t be back due to how dirty the condo was.
