This villa, with a double garage and an enclosed garden, located near the beach and shops, offers a beautiful space for 10 to 11 people:
- long vacation
- 2 rooms of 2 people in rez of putting on with each room of shower and toilets
- On the 1st floor, a room for 2 or 3 people with toilets and a dormitory of 4 beds with shower room and toilets

The equipment is very complete:

Séjour gâché par de trop nombreux problèmes

Maison sale (poussières, miettes sur table de séjour, meubles de cuisine poisseux, vitres sales, ...) Maison mal entretenue (1 portail de garage ne fonctionne pas, douche et kitchenette à l'étage non utilisables, store extérieur non fonctionnel) Cuisine sous-équipée (pas de freezer, four sans grille, pas de table, matériel de cuisson insuffisant pour 7 personnes) Gros problèmes de sécurité pour les enfants (portillon sur rue ne ferme pas à clef, bassin de rétention d'eau non signalé dans description et facilement accessible à travers les barrières cassées) Escaliers d'accès aux chambres difficiles pour les personnes agées Besoin de rallonges électriques pour les lampes de chevet Dommage, car lieu calme et jardin avec belle vue sur prés

Un très bon séjour dans de beaux volumes intérieurs comme extérieurs...

Le bemol : -absence de tout commerce de proximité, -éloignement de la mer, -vélos et table de ping-pong seraient les bienvenus, -absence de congélateur (vue la capacité d'accueil), et de certains accessoires de cuisine (epluche legume (!), couvercles de casserole, petit électroménager).

Un bol d’air parfait

Super belle maison accessible facilement pour des randonnées autour de la Baie et des plages alentours. Un vrai bol d’air qui nous as fait un grand bien pour un post confinement !
