Unique suite and loft on 2 separate levels above the garage. The suite is a sweet little home with open concept kitchen/living room, bedroom, full bathroom, laundry, and extra storage space. The loft is another amazing space to double up on square footage. Loft setting features a queen bed, a work desk, half bathroom, and extra storage space. Not to mention two skylights and many windows to bring all the nature lights you could ask for. Both suite and loft are yours to occupy.
Location is very convenient. 5-10 minutes drive to shopping, restaurants, gyms, hospital. 15 minutes drive will get you to the second largest urban park in Canada - Fish Creek Park. Quick and easy access to major highways: Deerfoot and Stoney trails.

Top Notch, Cozy, Quiet and Private

The rental is very quiet, clean and cozy. Suitcase move in ready. I stayed for a few days, felt like home. The owner (Lisa) was very accommodating, prompt responses to my questions and very welcoming. Definitely coming back to stay here when I'm back in Calgary.

Perfect place in SE Calgary

Stayed for 2- nights, Lisa texted me saying I could check in early (which took advantage of and did) Lisa also let me check out a little bit late. Lisa was very quick at replying to a couple of questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and will the next time I’m in Calgary. I’m not going to even bother looking for a mainstream hotel room. I just hope it will be available next time I could use it.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs

Space was adequate and comfortable on the main floor.(which was actually on the attic area of the roof of the garage). For some reason I was not expecting steep stairs going to the 2 AND 3rd floor where the extra bed was. The 3rd floor loft is completely separate with only access to the main living space by a locking door. I loved having windows in the rooms but they were facing the back alleys therefore the view was not the best. The suite was clean with allot of items supplied such as dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. We didn't use the loft as our Mother (83) could not use the stairs farther up. It was extremely difficult climbing the stairs for 2 of 3 of us. The tub was inaccessible for our Mother as it was too deep to get into. For the average family with older children and not special needs this accommodation could have been very suitable.

Great place

This was a perfect place for us to stay at during my sons baseball tournament in Okotoks. Easy to get in and out of the neighborhood and travel back and forth from Okotoks. Having access to a washer dryer, and kitchen was amazing so we could wash ball pants and pack up food to take for the day and have a place to relax and make meals in the evenings.

Perfect escape from our home renovations

We stayed for over 2 weeks at this property while we were getting renovations completed on our nearby home. It was a clean and well set up apartment. The upstairs loft worked very well for me to comfortably work from home during our stay.
