In the heart of the village of Septfonds, a large building built at the end of the 19th century by a hat maker. Napoleon III style, it will seduce you with its neat architecture, its high molded ceilings, its red brick pediment surmounted by a bull's eye dedicated to Neptune. In the park, a dry stone swimming pool, an outbuilding, under the shade of elm trees and centuries-old oaks. During the Belle Epoque, writers, artists and musicians stayed there. Edith Piaf was received there.
This characterful house will delight you with its original architecture as well as its modern comfort. In the center of the village, it is close to all amenities while maintaining the privacy necessary for swimming or sunbathing. This capacity is 20 people.
