Each of the Colony Suites has dedicated parking for your use while you stay. While on the property, feel free to explore Palmer by foot as well!

What a gem in the heart of Palmer!

This was an absolute perfect stay. The unit was gorgeous clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and then some. The owners are fast to respond and we’re gracious hosts. Thank you for everything!

Great spot in the heart of Palmer.

Really nice and updated rental in downtown Palmer. Can walk to shops, cafés, and breweries. Easy shot up to Hatcher Pass as well. Would be a great spot to stay in the summer while visiting the area and maybe catching an outdoor concert. We only got to spend one night, but I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Palmer Getaway

I gave this stay a 5 star rating on all aspects because it was a very comfortable stress free stay. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The manager Martin was very accommodating and super friendly through text messages. The location in downtown Palmer was perfect easy access to everything in the Matsu Valley. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend, money time and effort well spent.

Very cozy and fresh modern interior

We had a very nice stay for three nights. I enjoyed the soft bed although my husband was wishing it was a bit more firm. Love the fireplace, easy access to shows and movies on T.V. for our granddaughter. Kitchen was well stocked, appliances were newer making it enjoyable to cook our own meals there. The bathroom was very new looking and clean with a beautiful shower. Easy to come and go. Beautiful view of mountains outside back sliding doors. Close to shopping and main roads. Overall very nice stay, next time we stay in Palmer, we will stay here. We will share with our friends.

Perfect locale for DT Palmer

Clean, charming & accommodating! Updated decor, perfect space & cozy cabin for 1-3 or 4 w/ kids. Or 2 couples for short stay. Loved this kitschy cabin in DT Palmer. Walking distance to restaurants.

I had one small issue with the door. Called the owner who walked me through getting in. I was so thankful. The area is perfect. Walk to coffee shops and cute storefronts. Very clean, and inviting. Thank you, Elizabeth
