The Lazy C house is located close to I-65 for a quick trip to downtown Nashville and is less than 3 miles to Main Street in Historic Franklin.
New primary shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.
Keyless front door entry with code changes between each guest. Three smart TVs on-site; gigabit internet

Stayed here 4 nights for a girls getaway with some friends from all across the country. The house is beautiful, clean, came stocked with very nice extra snacks, coffees and teas. The outside fire pit area was so nice in the evening and early morning! VERY easy and effective communication! Safe, comfortable community setting and very easy drive into Franklin and downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for our family of four in the Franklin area. It seas do nice to have our own space to spread out. The property was exactly as described and the kitchen was fully stocked. We arrived very late our first night and it was a nice surprise to have coffee creamer in the fridge waiting for us. There was a full bag of coffee as well! The only small detail that would have added to the comfort was a couple of ottomans in the living room to rest your feet on. I’d definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again if we’re in the area.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the “Lazy C”. The home was roomy, clean, comfortable and cozy, well equipped with everything we wanted/needed, and well situated just minutes from downtown Franklin. This house is a one-story ranch home with easy access for guests. It is located close to I-65 and quick to find and unload after a long day's travel or a trip from BNA airport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is also close to downtown Historic Franklin. We live in the same neighborhood and believe this is a great property to share with guests.
