The property is located in the community of Zundert, about 5 km away from the centre of Zundert, 15 km from Breda, and 35 km from Antwerp. The independent and classic countryside house (1920) sits in the middle of the wonderful Pannenhoef rural area (about 750 ha), which is property of the Brabants Landschap Foundation ('Brabant Landscape Foundation'). This very complete, characteristic country house is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a royal living room with study area, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a classic Belgian-style dining room, an ample play attic (with a ping-pong table), a garage, and a barn. Several amenities are available, such as a washing machine, dryer, television, landline telephone, and wireless internet. Please see website for background information.

We had a lovely time in the house staying with kids and granddaughter. Kitchen is well equipped. Interior is “in style’ or dated depending on your outlook but worked for us. Great location in forest, generous terrace and massive grounds.

Lovely tranquil location. Plenty of space throughout the property. The décor is a bit dated.The kitchen is well equipped.The satnav didn't quite take us to the property, however, some cyclists were very helpful, for the last 500m.

Great stay in a house of character

The house is steeped in character. There is plenty of space inside and outside. Especially liked the garage to store our bikes in, and games for the kids, table tennis etc. Never had the TV on all week, weather was fabulous. Lots of walks / bike trails in the Pannenhoef.

Prachtig sfeervol huis.Prima contact met de eigenaar. Hij reageert snel. Dank voor de gastvrije welkomstattentie.Keuken wat verouderd, oven en kookplaat prima. Heel fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is.Uitgebreid servies in de kast in de eetkamer.We hebben genoten van de ruime tuin, gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel, onze kleindochter heeft geschommeld, en de hond kon heerlijk rennen. Erg mooi gelegen ,perfect voor wandelaars. Het huis was schoon en authentiek. Een paar opmerkingen: het berghok met containers, die waren overvol en smerig. Div. lampen waren stuk en kraantje van toilet in beneden slaapkamer is lek.Van het huis en uitzicht hebben wij genoten.

Heerlijk verblijf in het authentieke jachthuis. Met een eigen oprijlaan naar het huis waan je je even terug in de tijd. Midden in het bos voor mooie wandelingen, maar ook als uitgangspunt om Brabant en omgeving verder te ontdekken. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Super geslaagd lang weekend met Hemelvaart gehad

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf op de Arendsberg. Niet alleen door onze geweldige vrienden, maar zeker ook door de locatie zelf en de omgeving. Heerlijk in de directe omgeving kunnen wandelen met de hond. Wat een vrijheid voor de hond in de mega omheinde tuin. Het was heerlijk om aan te komen rijden over het pad en het huis dan te zien liggen.

Schönes Wochenende mit Freunden

Zusammen mit Freunden haben wir ein schönes Wochenende im Haus und Umgebung verbracht. Das Haus ist etwas skurril, halt ein Forst- oder Jagdhaus mit der entsprechenden Dekoration. Es gibt genug Platz für alle. Die Betten sind gut, die Bäder alt, aber sauber. Die Umgebung lädt zum wandern oder Fahrrad fahren ein. Wir haben an einem regnerischen Samstag Rotterdam besucht. Es war ein schönes Wochenende, vielen Dank.

Heerlijk authentiek verblijf in het groen

Heerlijk om zo te midden van het groen en de fluitende vogels mijn 50ste verjaardag te vieren. Wij hebben genoten van de omgeving, zalig zitten buiten op het terras…maar ook de eetkamer is een geweldige plek om samen te vertoeven. De bedden liggen heerlijk, het sanitair is wat verouderd en basic maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Prachtige wandelingen starten meteen als je buiten stapt, prachtige omgeving. Het contact met de host verloopt vlekkeloos…Wij hebben genoten van begin tot het einde…een aanrader!

Super ruhige Lage, man ist hier völlig für sich. Für Hunde super geeignet, sofern sie nicht schreckhaft sind, da zumindest in der Zeit in der wir da waren, mehrfach Schüsse (ich vermute Jäger) zu hören waren, was unser Hund überhaupt nicht mochte. Muss aber dazu sagen, dass er sehr schreckhaft ist! Das Haus ansich ist super, natürlich alles relativ alt, was aber hier erst richtig den Charme ausmacht. Fliegengitter sind in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden, allerdings einige defekt. Auch wird es bei hohen Temperaturen sehr warm in den oberen Zimmern, ein klimagerät ist vorhanden, leider ist der Schlauch aber auch defekt. Wer keine riesigen Ansprüche hat, fühlt sich hier aber trotz der Kleinigkeiten sehr wohl!

Wat een fijne plek!

Zeer stijlvol verblijf van alle gemakken voorzien. Na vlotte check-in een lang weekend heerlijk genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Wij raden dit prachtige huis en de tuin ten zeerste aan eenieder aan.
