This is one of the few homes that is directly on a Park City Mountain Resort run... Quitting Time Run. Real ski in ski out. Ski down to the Town Lift... simultaneously in the heart of the city. Walk down 2 flights of stairs to the center of Main Street to the No Name Saloon and all the best restaurants in town. For guests that wish to attend the Sundance Film Festival a number of the venues are walking distance and the free transit center is 3 blocks from the door. No need to drive. The house is fashioned for comfortable entertaining small groups visiting Park City and optimized to take advantage of the local skiing and snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer as well as provide access to the vibrant social life of Main Street The first floor combines the living room, dining room and kitchen in one large space, encouraging group interaction. The front porch overlooks Old Town Park City. The second floor has the master bedroom, a second bedroom with the ski room in the back. The ski room exits to the back of the house to a stairs that provides ski access at the foot of Quitting Time Run and the trail to the Town Lift. There is a sleeping loft accessed by a ship's ladder from the ski room to a communal sleeping area if more than 6 people are staying. There is NO out door Hot tub only SPA
