Country quiet - take a break from the busy and relax in a house all to yourself with beautiful views of pasture and the Emmett foothills. Less than a mile from restaurants in town and the rodeo fairgrounds. We are 3 minutes from the White Barn Venue.
Enjoy a peaceful open floor plan. 3 bed, two bath, skylight kitchen with covered patio and gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway.

This home may be available today for a booking until 8 pm. Please inquire if the calendar is blocked and you need a place to stay the day of.

The space
Open floor plan with skylights over kitchen island with grate-room. Spacious living room with WiFi and tv. Gorgeous open views of pastures. Enjoy coffee in a pot (coffee grounds supplied) or Keurig (bring your own pods). Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, mixer, fryer, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Washer and dryer available for use.
Master bedroom with private bath and single shower space, king bed, closets and dresser.
Second bedroom has queen bed, dresser and large closet space.
Third bedroom has a daybed with a pullout trundle with a large closet space.
The living room has a new queen sofa bed. A Pac-Man Arcade 8-in-1 has recently been added for family and kids to enjoy.
Large back patio is covered with skylights. Attached garage available for parking.
Large spacious front and back yard. Perfect getaway to relax.

Guest access
The entire house, yard and garage is available for use. This is perfectly and specifically set up for guests. Feel free to pet the horses, cows and goats over the fence, but please do not get in the pasture with them.

Location:
We are close to the gem county fairgrounds and rodeo (3 minutes), sawyers pond, Emmett Cherry Festival and town. Less than 4 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, gas and movies in the town of Emmett. Five minutes from the local highschool, 5-10 minutes from the elementary.

We are 6 minutes from Fourth Street Gardens, 13 minutes from Willow Grove Events, 15 minutes from Bissel Creek Meadows, 8 minutes from Bertao Mesa Wedding & Events, 14 minutes to The Flats 16 Restaurant & Event Center. Did I miss your venue? Please message me.

We are 12 minutes from the Firebird Raceway.
The Boise Airport is 45 min away from this home.

Other things to note
- This property is under video surveillance.
- No Parties allowed
- No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs on or around the property. ($300 fine).
- No Pets by guests allowed ($300+ fine)
- No Shoes while inside
- Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval
- Must be present on property if guests are approved and will be held responsible for their actions
- Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit plus charge to fix or replace damages
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 7 am
- Photographers MUST disclose their session type and number of shoots being done during the stay
- Guests booking longer than a few weeks will be subject to routine maintenance cleanings. Long term guests will be responsible for linens, dishes, shampoos, soaps, laundry detergents, etc. Maintenance cleanings will include vacuuming, floor mopping, dusting, bathroom cleanings, counters, sinks and inside windows.
- Guests wanting to stay longer than 30 days must have prior approval.

This home was so clean and perfect for what we needed! The yard is huge and was great for the kids when they wanted to play. The home was spotless and great for hanging out but also comfortable for bedtime. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice home with a country feel

We stayed at this property for a family reunion. Beds were comfy, a very nice tidy home. We loved the pasture out back and the horses and cows. Lovely, well appointed place to stay. Shauna was very responsive and helpful. Check in a breeze. Thanks.

A very cozy and clean house. We had a small misunderstanding with the owner. My son's wedding was nearby, and we brought a lot of wedding equipment with us. The owner mistakenly thought we were planning to hold the wedding at his property, which caused some concern. He called me on the day of the wedding to express this, but of course, we never intended to host the event there. I believe I was able to clear up the misunderstanding. We often rent properties for our vacations and always make sure to leave the homes just as we found them.

Emmett Retreat

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and clean. Lots of room inside and well furnished. We enjoyed the covered patio in back and large lawn. Good communications with owner. It was a problem free stay and would certainly recommend it

Christmas Trip for family visit

We enjoyed this cozy farm home very much. Host Shauna decorated for Christmas which was a great touch. Place was clean and we loved being able to use garage.

Visiting my brother

This house was perfect for our stay in Emmett. My sister, Mom, and I, each had a bedroom and plenty of space. The back patio was perfect for drinking coffee on in the morning. We loved the Pac-Man machine. The location is great on the edge of town. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great with Shauna and I will stay here again the next time I go visit my brother!

This place is awesome! My husband and i stayed here while we were in town for car races. It was some nice and comfortable, felt like home away from home. Hope to stay there again. I would recommend it to anyone. Also extremely quiet!!

Wonderful Stay!!

This home was amazing! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything to make full meals...KitchenAid mixer, great cookware and dishes, and cleaning supplies. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Lots of room! We really enjoyed our stay. The back patio and back yard would have been a great place to relax if the weather had been a little warmer. We look forward to staying here again as we have family in the area. Wonderful place!!

Love this house!

We are “repeats” at this house and truly love it. Beautiful and spotless, the home is so inviting and comfortable, and Shauna is a wonderful host. Being able to use the garage is also a huge plus. Peaceful setting yet just a few minutes from everything you need in town. We will be back!

A hidden gem

This is a bit out of the way… but it is beautiful and worth it! 😊 It is in farm country, it’s quiet and peaceful! And there are goats!!! Every room in the house is homey and beautiful! The only negative is I couldn’t find the WiFi password. However, I will definitely check the availability for this home the next time I come to Boise!

when we walked in we all exclaimed how beautiful the house and furnishings were. All the little touches all over were awesome. Liked all the items in the kitchen, we probably didn't get everything back in its original place. Did see the magazine with Shauna's picture and story, so sorry for her losses, but impressed she is helping other people deal with their grief. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, made our stay memorable.

This home was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable (a priority for me) and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were there for a family reunion and the location was perfect. Our only issue was the lack of basic tv which my sister tells me is not readily available in Emmett. We wished we had brought our Apple TV cables to watch the basketball semifinal. I highly recommend this rental, just bring your own cables

It's less than a mile from town, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and the fairgrounds/rodeo grounds, but still has the beautiful country landscapes. Relax on the back porch and enjoy the neighbors cattle and horses on pasture.
