House Bay Cayola near Sables d'Olonne

In small quiet private residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, 100 m from the sea, rents house redone in 2018. The residence is located on the wild coast of Les Sables d'Olonne and Talmont St Hilaire, on the Bay of Cayola.

The house is composed of:
- 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with 2 beds of 90X190 and one in mezzanine with bed of 140X190,
- A veranda dedicated to the lounge area, with a large sofa bed of 140 * 200. This bed can accommodate 2 additional people (veranda equipped with a blind covering the roof and blackout curtains),
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped and equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave ...) and a washing machine,
- bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilets.
You also have a terrace and an enclosed garden of 60 mÂČ with 4 sunbeds.

The residence is located 100 m from a creek (fishing, swimming) and 500 m from a pebble beach (beach of Porteau, large cove where you can swim). You are halfway between the beautiful sandy beach of Veillon and that of Tanchet (5 km). The golf course of Port Bourgenay is 5 minutes by car. The Sables d'Olonne are 8 kms north.
Everything is accessible by bicycle by bike paths passing in front of the residence.

We do not provide bed linen, tea towels and household linen (towels, bath mats).
Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures before 10:00.
The accommodation is non-smoking. Animals are not allowed. Just like the holidays to respect the tranquility of the place.

We can put you in contact with a bike rental (bicycles delivered to the residence if more than 2 days rental) and a concierge for the rental of sheets and linens.

Lovely apartment with all you could wish for, for a relaxing holiday by the sea

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. Very quiet! We slept very well. Lovely outside space with comfortable chairs. Even in very hot weather, we found shady spots to sit. Great kitchen with plenty of equipment to cook if you wanted to... We didn't do much cooking but appreciated the facilities anyway.

Logement trÚs bien situé dans la magnifique baie de Cayola, il possÚde tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter d'un bon séjour avec les services de la résidence (piscine, ping-pong,etc) !

Petite maison confortable dans résidence trÚs calme et bien entretenue.

Het was een heerlijke week!

Fijn verblijf gehad in dit huisje! Het residence is heel rustig, het grote zwembad hadden we soms voor onszelf alleen. Het huisje was schoon en alles was voorhanden. De ontvangst en communicatie met Nathalie en Elodie was heel goed en vriendelijk. De omgeving daar is prachtig. Mooie stranden en veel te doen in de omgeving. Aanrader.

Superbe petite maison bien équipée et au calme

Cette maison dispose de tout l’équipement pour passer de bonnes vacances! Il ne manque rien! La piscine est propre de bonne taille, juste un peu fraĂźche ( car non chauffĂ©e ) mais agrĂ©able en pĂ©riode de fortes chaleurs. Les balades le long de la baie Cayola sont agrĂ©ables. A seulement 15 min des Sables d’Olonne, nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans une jolie maisonnette de la rĂ©sidence. Celle. Ci est calme est face Ă  la baie de. Cayola. Magnifique vue sur la baie, les couchers de soleils sont superbe. Vous avez Ă©galement des chemins de randonnĂ©e pĂ©destre et en vĂ©lo. Le seul bĂ©mol la piscine non chauffĂ©e lorsque l’on est avec un bĂ©bĂ©. En tout cas de bonne vacances. Les. PropriĂ©taires sont agrĂ©able, et rĂ©pondent au attente de leurs vacanciers!

Sehr schöne ruhige Basis zum Entspannen oder AusflĂŒge in verschiedene Richtungen

Durchdachte Anlage mit Pool und 1 Tennisplatz. Geeignet zum Entspannen oder als Basis fĂŒr AusflĂŒge mit Auto oder Rad in die Umgebung. Ca. 500 m nördlich prima Bucht mit Riesenkieseln zum Schlauchboot fahren o.Ă€., die schnell tiefer wird und daher zu allen Tiden gut zugĂ€nglich ist. NĂ€chster guter Sandstrand ca. 6 km sĂŒdlich. Direkt vor der Wohnanlage relativ scharfkantige FelskĂŒste. FahrrĂ€der mietbar. Ablauf professionell und sehr freundlich.

Magnifique

La maison est vraiment trÚs bien et bien équipée. Le coin est vraiment calme juste en face de la magnifique baie de cayola et à moins de 10min des sables d'Olonne. Je recommande vivement cette location, Cécile ( la propriétaire) est trÚs gentille

Adapté à nos besoins

Les espaces mis à notre disposition ont répondu à nos besoins, la copropriété est bien entretenue, les espaces extérieurs communs mis à disposition trés biens. L'espace intérieur mis à notre disposition, etait conforme à nos besoins, pour une famille avec plusieurs enfants , un occupant handicapé, il y aurait des risques d'accidents. Les équipements ménagés et cuisines étaient trés bien.
