Great condo! We enjoyed our stage and loved the view of the beach and convenience of the pool and amenities. While we didn’t use a lot of the items the condo had everything we needed from a wagon for the beach to various beach toys, chairs and an umbrella. The biggest plus are the amenities of this resort for the little ones. The other huge plus was the view there aren’t a ton of condos in this resort with a good ocean view and this had amazing ones - we struggled to find a condo with a view and these amenities for our toddler. Loved that there were not a lot of knick knacks and random decor. Made it easier to keep our little one from breaking things and getting into stuff. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful ocean view! Enjoyed all the different pool options for the kids. Very close by to shopping areas and some great restaurants. Chris was very prompt in his communication, which was much appreciated!

My family of 3 kids, my husband and I stayed for a week in July. The property was just as advertised and the hosts were very proactive and detailed with information. The resort is very family friendly. It was also super busy and pretty crowded, but we anticipated that since it is a large property and we traveled in the middle of the summer. The condo was well-stocked and the beds were really comfy! The view of the Gulf was also fantastic! Make sure you grab some gloves for the lily pads. The rope will tear up little hands and make for a rough first couple of days if you aren’t careful. Once we ran out to Target and got youth size baseball gloves, the kids were good to go the remainder of the time! Between lily pads, beach time and the lazy river, my kids were highly entertained.

Great location and view of the ocean!

This place met all of our needs and the location and view out our patio was amazing. Close to good places to eat, shops and grocery store. Liked the "family" atmosphere of the place. Was clean and very comfortable.

Great Stay!

Our family had a great stay at A202! Very spacious and clean condo. Easy access to the pool area and beach. Kendra was very helpful and quick to respond to questions prior to us booking. Would most definitely come back and stay at A202 again!

Great Condo

Loved this unit, the view was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and the blackout curtains are nice for those who want to sleep in. The grands loved the bunk bed area. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

This condo had the perfect space for our family’s needs. Close enough to walk to several dinner options, plenty of fun things for kids on the property, and right on the beach.

Perfect Family Vacay

This condo is perfect. There’s a clear view to the beach and the ocean from each room, so you can see dolphins in the mornings, ocean waves during the day, and sunsets in the evenings. The location is also perfect - easy access to the pools and the beach, and it conveniently is equipped with 4 chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, and a cart that’s easy to drive on the sand. We loved our stay!

Perfect Winter Get-a-way for the Family

This Waterscape condo rental was perfect in every way. Very clean, spacious, close to pool activities, parking was easy, great communication with owner and very relaxing for the holiday week. Our family had a great time in warmer weather (visiting from Ohio). The hot tub and heated pool were the spot to be. Restaurants are close by and was very easy for us to navigate around the area. We definitely want to visit again!

So glad you enjoyed the condo and that our cleaning crew was on point as usual! In January we replaced all cookware including pots and pans, dishes, cups, and silver ware for brand new high quality dish-ware. They are only about 3 months old. The entire condo also went through a renovation in January with new built in headboards, new flooring throughout, and the powder bath was completely redone as well. We have also replaced the water heater for a large 80 gallon tank and full sized washer-dryer tower. You can imagine the expenses this year for us! All stove burners work very efficiently and so does the stove. We sure do thank you for the opportunity to host for you!
