About this property

Modern Loft Minutes to DT - 2Bed 2Bath

Welcome to London, Ontario! This two bedroom and 2 full bathroom loft is located in the historic Blackfriars neighborhood and will not disappoint! Just minutes to Budweiser Gardens, Richmond Row, Museum London & all the nightlife and entertainment of London.
This unit has two generous bedrooms equipped with trendy furniture and luxury linens. There is a full kitchen - fully stocked! Coffee and tea also provided.

There is a key pad entry on the east side of the house, welcoming you into a generous entryway. We have installed a washer and dryer to accommodate our guests. The first of two full bathrooms in located at the base of the stairs to the loft. This bathroom has been updated with a large glass and tiled shower. Moving up the stairs to the loft you will enter the common area where there is a full kitchen and eating area. The stairway to the upstairs space is not ideal for someone with mobility issues. The open concept layout includes a television and lounge area with a couch and chair. There are two bedrooms on either side of the common space, both equipped with premium linens, pillows and blankets. We have updated the unit with additional air conditioning and heating units to ensure you are comfortable during your stay.

a walk-up: stairs steep, narrow treads with high uneven risers - danger to anyone with any mobility issues. Spotted two probable electric code violations: unless the receptacle is split, fridge shared with toaster/coffee maker. Upper Bathroom receptacle without GFCI is close to water. Burned out light over stove and elsewhere, Cleaning suspect: in kitchen area bottles/cans from previous occupant left behind. Plumbing reversed in kitchen. Water on floor near front entry, possible leak from bathroom above., inadequate furniture especially seating, Chromecast inaccessible from phone or laptop, no shelving at all in either shower....
