Solen’s condo was clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed in the kitchen to make breakfast each day and all of the gear for a day at the beach. It was easy to get into the condo first time and communication was great. Would stay there again :)

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear your comments and would like to provide some additional information. The kitchen appliances are relatively new; the dishwasher and coffee maker are both less than a year old. You may be right regarding the washing machine and dryer, and we have already ordered new units that are scheduled to be installed in August. Regarding the home's appearance and furnishings, all of the photos in our listing are actual photos of the property. We intentionally included pictures from every angle, as well as detailed photos of the furnishings and décor, to help prospective guests get an accurate sense of the home before booking. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards,

Great communication with the host. They were very quick to respond and very accommodating and easy to ask questions when needed. The property suited my family’s needs just fine! We really appreciated having access to the beach cart in the garage. The washing machine & dryer were a bit small for a family of 5 (compared to what we’re accustomed to), but nothing that would make us drop our rating. The neighborhood was great. Everyone was kind. We felt safe and it was easily accessible to everywhere we had planned to visit on our vacation.

Condo was exactly as described. Solon was excellent at communicating and helped us with any questions we had. The condo is in a great spot and just a few minutes from the private beach access. We would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about our experience! The owners are friendly, accommodating and super helpful! The place is absolutely lovely! So comfortable, clean and well appointed, with nice little added touches; just bring your swimsuit and you'll be all set! I would 100% recommend this place and we'll definitely be staying here on our next visit to Siesta Key!

Great stay - Wonderful hosts!

We had a terrific day at this home in Siesta Key. Check in was a breeze and the owners were responsive throughout our stay. Plenty of space, a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living room and cozy master bedroom. About 1.5 miles to siesta key village for shopping, dining & live music and about 1/2 mile to one of the public beach entrances with parking. Any time we had a question or request of the owners they were addressed immediately. We really enjoyed our time there and would absolutely reach out again on our next visit.

Siesta Key

This was an excellent property. It was clean, well appointed, conveniently located near village and across from the beach in a lovely private and quiet villa community on the bayside. The community has 2 pools, small fitness center, grills and bay views. The trolley stop was nearby, but one could also walk to the restaurants, shops and gelato in the village. The hosts were gracious and responsive. They even provided a generous welcome gift!
