Spacious private house

Beautiful, quiet, and spacious private house with a large backyard. Manhattan Beach and other gorgeous beaches only 10 minutes away. Ideal location with a 10-15 minute drive to LAX airport, and a 30-35 minute drive to downtown LA and Hollywood. Close to amusement parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, and Knott's Berry Farm.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, it's own bathroom, and doors to the backyard. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twin sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a washer and a dryer in the house. The backyard also has a patio area and a barbecue. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, therefore parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed, and no outside visitors.
